Dunn Brothers Coffee — Restaurant in St. Michael

This Dunn Brothers is by far the nicest one I have been in. I had my first expirence last Wednesday, and was greeted by the friendliest girl. I dont know the name unfortunately,(no name tags) but she was on the shorter side and had curly light brown hair. She was running around while they were clearly busy (short staffed maybe?), but made small talk with me as I waited for my drink. Anyways, I was in again today and you guys rock. It was so busy and once again I received the same great service. The girl at the register was bubbly and smiling the whole time. (Girl that helped me last time was on drive thru busting out orders.) You guys are an awesome crew! Keep up the awesome work. I can not wait to come in again and get that little pick me up so early in the morning...

I ordered a large Nitro carmel iced vanilla with almond milk. The drink I recieved had no visible signs nor the taste of Nitro coffee in it. It did taste like cold, weak, drip coffee with bad caramel flavor along with floaties of almond milk. I did mention this to the barista when asking her to double check the expiration date on the milk and was told that was normal. I drink alot of specialty coffee/Nitros all with almond milk and no it's not normal. It was either not shaken, frozen at one time or going bad. Either way I have to force myself to either drink this or waste $7. If the traffic wasn't so bad getting out of the parking lot I would have turned around and demanded a refund. Save your money and go to gas station. It will taste the same...

My mother and I stopped here and I was impressed. The place in the inside was inviting, plenty of lighting, several places to sit and they offer their products to buy like ground coffee, K-cups, coffee mugs and so forth. The customer service was nice, friendly, she and her coworkers were smiling and the atmosphere was peaceful, pleasant. I had the Iced Chai tea latte, delicious!! My mother had a regular iced coffee and she said it was good. My overall experience, I will be a return customer.
