We had an AWFUL experience. We were traveling from south dakota to minneapolis and we stopped at the dunkin in st. peter minnesota! This is our usually routine to go here everytime we travel through. We went through the drive thru where a worker named Rayna took our order and was completely rude as we were trying to figure out what we wanted. She proceeded to tell us she was out of everything and that we have to wait awhile for a hot coffee because they were cleaning the machine even though we got there 45mins before they closed. As we got to the window Rayna gave us attitude as she took our card and handed us two out of the three drinks. when we received the drinks they looked different in color and tasted like straight milk. we asked to have them remade and the other worker named Layna rudely grabbed the drinks out of our hands and looked at us and said “well I didn’t make those” and made it seem as if we were lying. she did proceed to remake them and asked if they were better and we said yes. We then asked about 10 different times to get our card back and a receipt. they seemed very annoyed and rolled their eyes at us multiple times. as we were waiting to get the receipt they asked us to move forward even thought we were the only car in line. We asked why because there was no car behind us. And she told us her manager watches the drive time and they will get in trouble. we then asked to speak to manager and they said he was gone then rolled their eyes again. after that we weren’t asked to move forward again. we did ask for their names right before we left and they made a really rude face while shaking their head as they told us we then proceeded to drive away. I’m very disappointed in how we were treated and that this is the way their customer service was. We love dunkin but this made us really upset. We also work in the service industry and this would NEVER...
Read moreIf I could give this store zero stars, I would. Their customer service and coffee-making skills are terrible. I have watched numerous baristas dump out coffee to make room for the lid to close on iced beverages. I don’t understand how hard it is to not add too much ice so that we get the full 6$ coffee we paid for. I have brought this to their attention numerous times with nothing fixing it. When I order less ice, I get the rude comment of, your drink will be less full. I get that, I just want to receive the coffee I paid for and not watch it be poured down the drain. Today, was my last straw of this complete idiot store. Today was national coffee day, so each order received a free medium coffee. I ordered my meal and paid for it and asked where my free coffee was and they said I needed to ORDER it to get it. I asked why I should need to ORDER a free coffee, and if that is the case, make it known when ORDERING. They refused to give me a .99 cent coffee for FREE because I failed to order my FREE COFFEE. They have zero common sense and zero customer service satisfaction. If you are in the need of coffee, go elsewhere, because clearly, it takes a scientist to make a decent cup of coffee. They have lost all my service, it doesn’t surprise me that they can’t keep enough staff there to stay open until their designated time. It may be petty of me, but if I am paying so much for a signature coffee, I...
Read moreIf I could give 6 stars I would. I had made an online order earlier this week and the donuts I ordered were all gone, so I was told they would save my receipt and I could just tell them I had an order that wasn't filled to get the donuts another time. I was skeptical, but she assured me I'd get my donuts if I asked about the receipt. I went today to pick them up and asked, at a horribly busy time. The manager on shift could not find the reciept(which was what I thought may happen) and yet she filled my order anyway and she felt bad(which was not at all her fault) so threw in a couple extras for my trouble. I am so appreciative that this manager went above and beyond, I'm sure while she was under stress at a busy time. I didn't get her name but thank you for...
