Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Stafford

I waited in line for the slowest manager l've ever encountered. Not only did she not acknowledge anyone's presence, but once I finally got through line and asked for the order, tried to say it was not my time to get the dashboard hollered at the next person, line, and then had to tell her l've been waiting the whole time. my girlfriend stood at the front counter the entire time just hoping we could get the order faster and she was never once acknowledged or corrected to stand the line. She had a severe attitude which is very unusual, considering she was wrong did not even apologize and very sloppily put the food order together where it came apart during drop off. This happened around 7pm on 6/11/24. Not sure who the manager was because of no name tag just had on the gray manager shirt. I know when you think of five parties, you don’t think of customer service, but this was way beyond that. I would never order from such a poor establishment. I have literally tried to give this location an opportunity however the staff is by far the rudest people I have ever encountered. Upon arriving to the speaker I was instructed to wait while they rebooted the system. I patiently waited and then ordered. After approaching the window I advised the lady that she forgot to give me my drinks. She rudely responded I know. Then when I was given my drinks one was incorrect since I asked for strawberry lemonade and she said well do you want that instead. I tell her no I asked for strawberry. Next I asked for condiments and again she was very rude because of her errors! I’m done with this location and will also leave a review on yelp and google because what I’m not going to do is patronize a business and at a minimum can’t receive good customer service. I wish I would have gotten her name, she didn’t have a name tag, but the cashier in the drive thru tonight lacks customer service. She didn’t care to mention at the speaker they were out of mashed potatoes after placing an order of it. They (cashier and manager) were hesitated to give me a refund on my extra side order for the mashed potatoes, they were out and I didn’t like any of the options they gave me, so, I asked for a refund, which at the end they gave it to me. Anyway, I got to my house to realize that they forgot to put my side inside the bag (the one that comes with the meal). I had to go back, which I wasn’t very happy about. Anyway.
