The Stafford, TX location needs severe review by management. I have had three straight visits that are unredeemable. The new staff is not properly trained and not knowledgeable about the items on the menu. They are slow and not aware of quality customer service. Yesterday it took 23 minutes for me to get a smoothie and the new Cajun Shrimp salad prepared. and they took and there was only myself and one car in the drive thru. Even still I was given the wrong dressing for the salad 3 times in a row. To still leave with the incorrect dressing. They had no clue and even after I helped them they still gave the incorrect dressing, advising they "we're out." How can you be out of the signature dressing for this salad on day one of the campaign. The old crew with Brian & Layla we're never this incompetent and clueless. I am never going here again. The time before this I went to simply get a smoothie and chips which they never keep stocked the Ms. Vicki's jalapeño (after feedback provided on previous occasions) and this new staff still took such a long time to complete the transaction. The scanner never works in the drive thru so I lost points in that visit and the previous one as well. This crew needs to be spilt up...there should never be this many clues staff on the same shift...and by now several months later why aren't they well versed in what is on thr menu. I sent my friend there two months ago and he was tied they don't have the superglue ceaser wrap in the menmenu.... whwhat??? That is a staple in the menu!!! I love the smoothies and started trying more food items like the chicken caprese, I loved it as it was fresh hot and full of taste, after that time when I keep getting it it’s no longer fresh always cold and very little toasted. I try to be nice to all drivethru workers when I see them and they are just all careless and rude, they need to work on their customer service and kindness as I see they could be way better and give more care for when they prepare the food, I go almost everyday it’s just disappointed to see and have to deal with. Also seen who was preparing my food and as she was she walked away and started touching other things then went back to my food order that’s not sanitary at all.
I love this place ever since I first decided to try it, only thing is sometimes my smoothies have a nasty chalky bitter taste toward the bottom of it when it’s starting to get finished and majority of the time it’s long wait times for everyone along with the bad speaker in the drive thru they can’t hear me and I surely can’t hear them especially when there happens to be a train’ ‘maybe try to look for a louder speaker. Also, I sent my brother to get me one to drop off to work to me on my break and unfortunately they said they were closed all I needed was one item and they still had 20 minutes until closing they could have easily made it but chose not to I was told they looked a bit to lazy. Read moreYesterday, I ordered 2 açaí bowls online to the STAFFORD TX location after going to the Missouri city location and they didn't have any bowls. I called first to make sure they had bowls and the young lady who answered confirmed they did but that the front door was closed until 3pm so I'd have to place the order and come through the drive through. When I arrived at 2:40 there was a car in the drive through sitting for a while so I decided to try the door and was able to go inside despite just being told that I wouldn't be able to. Then once I got the bowls they barely put any peanut butter and honey on it that I paid extra for and I had to go inside to ask for more and got attitude about it from the manager and then the açaí was watery and tasted like pickle juice, just nasty. I went back in and expressed this to the manager who said she just got there and there was nothing she could do so I asked for a refund and she said they don’t issue refunds again with an attitude as she’s in her bonnet. We frequent the Missouri city location often and have had great experiences. This was just all around awful. I threw both in the trash inside the store and am requesting a full refund.
