Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Stafford

This is my 4th time coming to this location and I will not be going back When we walked in it was empty but clean. I ask the shift manger I assuming she was because she was giving orders to staff. Well I ask her could I have the chicken that was coming off the grill she said no the chicken on the steam table is fresh. It looked to been sitting for a hour or so but I trust what she said. We dined in food was extremely cold.I ask for queso she said I had to wait for 30 minutes l said ok still no cheese. I had a kids meal also with the rest of my order the bag of chips only had 4 chips she said thats all u get with a kids meal.I purchase kids meals all the time and never 4 chips. I ask could i get another bag she said we dont sell them not to buy just another bag with more chips. She showed me another bag and had more than 4 chips I ask for that one and gave her the other bag back. She gave me a funky look and didn't say a word lile I apologize for that ma'am. I also ask for more meat on my bowl she said she couldn't give more meat. I ask WHY if I'm paying for it. She preced to add more meat. It's always a problem when I come to this location. That was my last visit Food always cold and that young lady has a problem when I come in my 4rd run in with her. I don't care what I ask for as long as I'm paying for it...

Nice new Chipotle, very clean and the food was good as expected. Service was very poor. 1st off, there were 3-4 workers standing around not helping serve while there was a line of 8 customers waiting to place their order...only 1 young lady was filling orders. 2nd, this one young lady piled lots of food on the customers orders before us, but only put half the amount of food on mine and my wifes order. When I asked the young lady why the small portion size compared to the previous customers, she just looked at me with a straight face and said nothing so I repeated the question, and she said "is that all you want on your salad?" I stated that I'd like our portions to be comparable to the previous customers. She just put the top on it and slid our plates to the cashier. I paid and ate it because we were hungry...the food was good, but service was extremely poor. This location needs some customer service training, and their manager needs to instruct workers to help each other when customers are...

I often don’t read reviews for places close to us, but I definitely need to get better about it after today. I’m not a huge huge Chipotle fan, but I had a taste for it and decided to stop by the Stafford location. Right away I noticed several of the food tubs were nearly empty — especially the grilled veggies and barbacoa. I tried the new carne asada that’s being advertised, and it was SOO DRYYY, I was still chewing it in the car afterward. I asked the lady at the counter if they would be making more barbacoa since there was only a scoop or two left, and she said no. When I asked again if they could make more, she said, “Ma’am, it’s okay to say no,” basically implying I didn’t have to eat there — and she was right. No need to argue or get upset. If someone doesn’t want to serve you, take the hint and take your money to...
