There are so few espresso places in this neighborhood, I was really hoping for a good coffee experience here. There was a lot of hype and good reviews online. It is a cute shack, no indoor space but nearby seating in the park. My first trip here was for a flat white around 7am, but they did not have any espresso beans! The young lady was pleasant about it, but seriously! A few days later I tried again for a cap around 7:30am with a different young lady. The coffee appeared at the pickup window around the other side about 30 seconds later. The coffee was barely warm, no taste, no microfoam, stale cap foam. It was disappointing. I’ll try one more time, and if it’s different I’ll update this review.

While taking a leisurely walk with the pup this morning, I decided to stop at PROOF for a quick bite and a much-needed cup of coffee. I opted for a mocha Frappuccino that hit all the right notes, perfectly blending the flavors of coffee and chocolate. The warm staff also gave my dog a cookie, which definitely made her morning! I also ordered a croissant that was everything I could have hoped for – soft, flaky, and simply delightful. I decided to take a seat at one of the tables and soaked up the gorgeous weather while being entertained by playful dogs in Commons Park. It was such a peaceful and joyful way to start the day!

Found this cute little pop up cafe in harbor point. Service was great, they were very friendly and helpful. Lots of seating around in the park. No shade so not great for bad weather days. Seats are little dirty - we were not fussed as it’s expected for outdoor seating. Just bring tissues or ask for some to wipe down. Lots of dogs around - plus😁🐶 We had 2 eggs omelette with ham and cheese and 2 eggs with brioche+bacon+American cheese. Not typical cafe style food, it’s more simple homestyle breakfast menu which was tasty and easy to have on the go. Definitely visiting againšŸ™‚

I got their espresso beans which I loved, they were really fresh. However, it’s not the schist espresso blend, although I am happy with the beans I got, want to try the schist espresso blend too. Also got the decaf beans, specifically for making espresso, again they didn’t have the espresso decaf beans, but the roast level is same, the resulting espresso didn’t taste as good as the one with regular beans but I think decaf in general doesn’t taste as good as regular(not very sure, new to making espresso and decaf especially).

When I called customer service, they noted down by question about availability of espresso blends, I got a reply from the owner of the business. He was super nice and answered all my questions. Espresso blends were apparently out of stock due to high demand. Hopefully I will be able to try them soon.

If you are in Stamford area and in constant look out for fresh coffee beans, should definitely...

Recently moved to HP and love that this coffee shop is on the route I walk my dog. The staff are so nice! They offer your dog milk bone cookies, which is so cute.

I got an iced latte both visits, and the taste is consistent. The espresso is nice and strong, despite the milk and ice. The everything bagel with cream cheese was chefs kiss. I felt the amount of cream cheese, while on the lighter side, was perfect. Not the giant globs you get at bagel shops.

What really solidified this place and will make me a regular is that my dog knocked my latte over while I was getting up to grab my bagel. Half the container spilled. So of course I was mortified and sad about losing my coffee, but the guy who was working made me a new coffee and was so sweet about it....
