Mi Ranchito 2 — Restaurant in Stamford

Had a very unprofessional incident with the owner the lady that owns this stablishment. I am a regular costumer at this stablishment because my son loves their lomo honestly they food is not great at all when I order food for my self my steak comes out under cooked or my bread comes out burnt with that being said today my 5 year old son wanted to call in his order and the owner picked up and after my son order clearly she said I have no time for your kid to be placing an order when I went to pick my food up I asked her if she picked up she deny after telling her my son has the right to place his own order. Because he is a costumer at the end of the day no matter if I am paying she said and so I said I only come hear not because your food is great but because of my son she said well there’s other places where they sell lomo Saltados I clearly left the establishment and will never ever come to this place she underpays her employees she treats them like they aren’t worth anything i have witnessed her been nasty to her employees and to costumers not only have I seen roaches at her stablishment somone who works there should speak up and get this abusive woman in trouble with the health department and labor department for only hiring illegal people and...

Last time I will order from this place I frequent this location at least once a week THIS RESTAURANT IS FRAUD FIRST ISSUE I HAD THEY DID NOT ACCEPT CARD PAYMENTS NOW THEY DO IT WAS ONLY CASH NOW I PLACED A PICK UP ORDER FOR SOME NACHOS THAT TASTED STALE AND SOUR OLD THE WEBSITE SAYS 12 DOLLARS I GOT CHARGED 16 BUCKS FOR DIRTY OLD NACHOS LEGALLY YOUR WEBSITE SAYS A PRICE EVEN IF PRICES WENT UP YOU SHOULD HONOR IT BECAUSE THATS WHAT THE COSTUMER IS SEING THIS PLACE HAS BECOME WORSE AND WORSE MANAGEMENT / OWNERSHIP SUCKS AT THIS PLACE WORKERS ARE RUDE PLACE IS DIRTY FLIES IN THE STABLISHMENT ALOT OF TURN OVER IN THIS PLACE DONT KNOW HOW IT STAYS OPEN THEY HAVE A REPUTATION OF CHARGING MORE THEN WHAT IT REALLY SAYS IT COST MENU SAYS ONE PRICE BUT THEY MANAGE TO CHARGE MORE AT ALL TIMES THIS PLACE IS SIMPLY FRAUD WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS...
