Title: Beware of This Unethical Car Wash – Unlawful Charges and Horrible Customer Service!
4.7 UPDATE: one of the owners reached out to me after seeing this negative review and I was able to come into the auto spa and he personally gave me the money owed to me I was cash and 6 months of free subscription to the car wash (which I won't be using). He seemed very concerned about this review and asked mutiple times on the phone and at the shop to consider editing this bad review or deleting it.
ALSO he told me that this billing error happened to "50" or so customers last August 2024 and he believed most of them were refunded but he wasn't sure. If you are still be affected by the same issue, I encourage you to leave a Google review to get the attention of the owners as that is the only way you will ever get the money you owe back from this Unethical Car Wash.

I went to this car wash last August 2024, and I can honestly say it was one of the most frustrating, infuriating experiences I've ever had with a business. I went in for a basic wash and, unbeknownst to me, I was somehow signed up for a subscription without my consent. There was absolutely no contract, no agreement, and no signature from me that would indicate I was enrolling in anything. I never asked for a subscription, yet they proceeded to charge my credit card month after month. When I finally noticed the charges, I immediately reached out to have the subscription paused – a process that took many attempts IN PERSON each involving long waits and terrible customer service. I eventually succeeded in pausing the subscription. I have still not received my refund for the months they unlawfully charged me a total of $252. At one of my many times in person following up in person, one of the managers at time admitted to me that this was not an isolated incident. Apparently, they’ve been pulling this same scam on countless other customers around the same time last summer. This is a pattern of corruption. It's clear to me that they are preying on unsuspecting customers, signing them up for a subscription without their knowledge and then making it nearly impossible to...
Read moreI went there for a simple exterior wash and when the worker took my car to put it into the car wash my tire got caught in the track and it popped. The manager was very courteous and did all he could to help. They got a new tire and comped me a complete wash.
My issue was the replacement tire. It had a pin hole in it and I only discovered the leak on my way home later in the day. I had to go to Mavis because they were the only place open and they had to fully replace the tire because the hole was in the wall. It wasn’t in the tread so it couldn’t be plugged.
I called to see if they could help me out with my bill and I was offered free memberships and other perks that I really don’t care about to be perfectly honest. Maybe the monetary value of the offer was larger from what they said but I’m still out money for the repair. I just wanted to be made whole for the money I had to drop for the repair. I know the manager did all he could and was limited with what he could offer me. I have no issues with him so I blame the owner for this one by way of not doing the right thing. I wouldn’t have been in this mess if not for the original tire rupture and it created a hellish day where I didn’t get home until late at night waiting for this additional work to be done. If the monetary value of the offer was greater than the repair then you should’ve had no issue squaring up with me for the repair. Even a portion of it would’ve been better...
Read morePoor client service and less than average cleaning left me feeling I overpaid for what I received.
The client service fell short as I was paying for a Gold service and was told the price was more than the posted rate. It seems that the first sign as you pull in has a footnote that SUVs pay more, but there was no car line when I pulled in so my vehicle aligned with the second sign without this footnote. As I waited in my car for the outside employee to ask my service order preference, I saw Gold service was either $35 or $65 so I asked which I would pay and was told the lower. While inside at time of payment I didn’t pay $65, I did pay more than $35 in spite of pointing out that the employee outside said $35 as did the sign. The cashier was unapologetic and condescending.
Further, the cashier said I could return for a free wash in the next 30 days but did not provide a receipt before he disappeared for the duration of my service. Call me skeptical but I can’t see them giving me a free wash without proof of today’s Gold service. Lastly, while the exterior was cleaned just fine, the car was returned to me with the interior floor mats soaking wet and the back seat with all kinds of scuff marks that weren’t there when I pulled in. On request the scuff marks were removed.
I hope this business takes my experience to heart and makes service improvements. There are plenty of competitors available if service...
