Updated: I will probably not come back to this location due to the aggrivations. They advertise the app for over a month (probably closer to two), but no one seems to know how to use it except for the managers. The managers have a "uhg this is so much of a trouble" attitude. Then explain how the app is new (train your people!). But the experience gets much worse.
The line in the drive thru is usually a nightmare. I suggest running inside and saving your gas instead.
On my most recent experience, the lady behind the drive thru window was exceptionally frazzled. They tried to tell me something I've ordered for years isn't on the menu: a 1 breast dinner. I explained it was on the menu sign. The response: well it's not on my computer, so.. then to top it off, she stated the incorrect second part of the order. I explained no, it was something different. The response to this: well, that's not what I heard. Sorry? Not my problem? I'm glad she confirmed the order, but could have used less flack.
I don't typically write reviews for fast food places, reserving them for real places. However, I felt compelled to provide feedback to you, fellow Google review users, to let you know what you might experience.
If you go hear, expect a wait. With the lack of training and uncaring attitude from management, I would suggest double checking your order. Lastly, don't use their app. You will load money onto it with the possibility of not using it. If you have, I can not find a way to refund balance amounts without probably writing...

The employees are very immature, including management. There's always side conversation going on. The most recent times my husband and I were there the young male manager was too busy hanging out and entertaining his friends to focus on work and another time another employee was repeatedly asking him to help her with something for a customer and he was too busy cutting up to help her. I could not work under a manager like that who is worse than the employees and doesn't take his job seriously. A couple nights ago I went through the drive-thru and was waiting at the speaker to order for about 2-3 minutes without anyone greeting me so I finally pulled around to the window and although the girl was very apologetic that is completely unacceptable. Then decided to drive around to see if anyone was there and there was someone in the drive thru window but their back was turned so I decided to drive around to see if I could get there attention at the speaker and that's when I saw the door that was facing the main street (HWY 27)and it said that they're closed. They should have that where you can see it clearly from all sides of the building instead of having your customers drive around thinking you're open when you're closed.
Usually always slow and chicken supremes that I got mostly were burnt save your time and go to the Bojangles on Franklin Blvd near Wal-Mart they're usually better. They can be slow at times but at least the chicken...
