Piss-poor service and the manager needs more customer service training. Hereās the story.
8:05am (maybe 8:07am) two corn dogs and a breakfast burrito. Nothing crazy. Took about 15-18 minutes or so. Long enough for me to leave the drive through and walk my kids in because by this time, I thought the girl that took my order forgot about us. When I walked up to the counter, I asked why it took 15-18 minutes, she said it took 12 minutes to cook the corn dogs because they were frozen. I said, āthatād be fine if you would have at least come back to the window to tell me this so we knew what to expect instead of leaving us hanging there the whole time.ā
She said, āok.ā Handed me the bag and two vouchers for free shakes. I donāt recall hearing āIām sorry, sirā or anything like that. So I walked off with bag and vouchers in hand.
However, when I got to the car, I didnāt like how that played out so I went back in.
I told her I didnāt hear any kind of apology, which she said she did, and I replied, āif you did apologize, I didnāt get any sense of sincerity in any of it. I didnāt hear, āsorry for the delay sir, I shouldāve let you know of the delay and not leave you hanging like that. It wonāt happen again (or weāll do better next time)ā
In which she replied, āok, sir.ā
Again⦠maybe she was shocked of the interaction but man⦠she just had no sense of ownership in that experience. That really left me thinking, she just doesnāt care. There was another lady working standing there during the whole interaction so she witnessed this whole thing.
I handed back the vouchers and left, incredibly dissatisfied with the whole encounter.
Needless to say, there are better places to go for sub par fast food with a better customer experience.
Hear me out. Iām not calling for her to get fired. I think she needs better management training and better customer...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWent in today inside, not drive through. We're not terribly busy a couple cars in drive through and one order ahead of me. I waited 15 min and watched the fries be bagged as soon as I ordered. I ordered 2 burgers no ketchup, when I was handed the bag about 17 min later I asked for hot fries, then checked the burgers and they were wrong and had ketchup, at this point they had 3 orders on the screen including mine. I said I will just take a refund and gave back the entire order. The "manager" girl was rude, and took another 5 or so min to refund the order. I paid with card she gave me cash and that was the wrong amount too. Then she sarcastically said have a fantastic day to me. I had said nothing to any employee except can I please get some hot fries these have been out a long time and are cold. Then said I would like a refund because the entire order was messed up. The order in front of mine was severely messed up as well. I don't know if the so called manager (who was doing the cooking) was ill, or high or what but come on...will not be back.
Edit-thanks for the reply but that was the "manager" who was rude, and gave incorrect change then sarcastically said have a fantastic day. Perhaps it may be better suited to your buisness model to have a conversation with Katelyn. The young woman clearly has issues with elevated...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAfter my first terrible experience, I decided to give it one more try before writing a review and the second time was just as bad, if not worse.
I came to get an ice cream cone, waited for 10 min at the menu before finally driving up to the window to see if they were even open, they were, and i watched 4 teenagers/adults laughing at their phones and walking by the window MAKING EYE CONTACT with me for another 15 minutes before finally someone left on break and I asked her to go tell someone that they had a line of people outside.
Second time I drove up to the drive through 15 minutes before they closed, waiting for 5 minutes at the drive through before again, pulling up to the window to see if they were still open. As I pull up, Iām not kidding, a kid peeks above the drive through window and ducks back down as I drive by, so I go in. Walk up to the counter 10 minutes before they close to ask for an ice cream cone and he says, sorry theyāre closing soon and canāt help me.
SAVE YOUR TIME. I donāt think they like having customers. Go to Dairy Queen...
