Beans & Brews Coffee House — Restaurant in Star

I’m new to the Idaho area and I was thrilled that they have a beans and brews near me. I’ve been to this location twice now and both times the coffee I’ve gotten has been AWFUL! I’ve been going to beans and brews for the past 15 years and I am well a where that a tan iced mocha is a pre made drink they just add white chocolate to the premade mocha drink. I’ve been getting the same drink for YEARS! When I come here, they try and make their own version of a tan iced mocha. I had to tell them how their drink is supposed to be made! Absolutely ridiculous! So disappointed that my favorite Utah coffee shop is absolutely awful out here in Idaho! Someone please come and train your employees out here how to make your drinks right! Ya know what? This place is fine. They use pre made stuff like whip and blended mix. No blender I guess? Very sweet drinks and sometimes burnt espresso but if you’re getting groceries and want coffee then it’s fine. I think it could be better and be a place that people are coming there for with some continued and better staff training.

Also- there is no option to tip the staff at the counter or on your receipt so if you are a barista you want to stay away...
