Firehouse Subs Middleton Court — Restaurant in Starkville

Came in with a party of 6. The place wasn't too busy. Everything was great until Lakeisha started bringing our food out. I ordered a club on a sub, Lakeisha brought me a turkey bacon ranch. It took barely 5 minutes to bring our 6 subs out, but took them 20+ minutes to remake my sub(mind you the company i work with is on a 30 minute lunch break). On top of that, Percy was shooting me dirty looks when i informed them that i didn't order a turkey bacon ranch. I should've gotten my boss to refund my sandwich as i didnt feel comfortable with percy making my sandwich nor did i feel welcome to eat there anymore. This was my first experience with this place and the reason i rated it 3 stars is because my coworkers food was promptly delivered and the sub i eventually got was pretty good. I can't say I'll eat here again, nor would i recommend. I asked for a business card which Lakeisha said they didnt have any, and Percy reluctantly pointed them out. A message to the person that owns the Firehouse franchise in Starkville---fire your managers. My 80 year old mother and I were out and about on Sunday, March 23rd so we decided to get a quick sandwich. There was only one table occupied in the reataurant so these people were hardly swamped.. We were told by a middle-aged African-American woman that we couldn't order because they were only accepting orders through their website. This is such a foolish way of doing business, especially when they have practically no customers anyway.. Two months ago I was told they had run out of practically all their meat and didn't get anything on that day either. On the one occasion I had gotten a sandwich successfully over the past three months, the sandwich didn't have all the ingredients I knew it was supposed to have. Suffice to say, we won't be getting anything from the Starkville...

Apparently, they cannot follow directions, or take orders correctly, and actually give you what you paid for.

Update: My last visit prior to today, the Starkville, MS Firehouse completely messed up my order. I was told at that time that my next order would be free. I call today, to take advantage of my free order for lunch and the guy I talked to on the phone was clueless and had no idea what I was talking about. During my previous communication with this store, the guy on the phone completely wasted my time claiming to set up everything in the system for my free sandwich and now I call today and there is nothing in the system. This location is a joke and it is my intention to never do business with them again. HORRIBLE customer...
