Update - Recently their response is much better than previous, they tried to resolved issues promptly, still waiting to get my main bed it’s going to take 3-4 weeks, however all other stuff got delivered with committed time.
Terrible customer service, like the furniture though, but personal experience is terrible, seems they just don’t care for the customer, Nothing is as committed or communicated.
It’s 4th day still waiting to get my full furniture, which was supposed to happened on 3rd day, half furniture got delivered on promised day which I thought since beginning it’s unfair as they took delivery charge and payment everything in advance, still want 3 days for delivery, now even on 4th day no news when I can receive my rest of furniture. I called them to get the new dates, requested quick delivery but no answers from them, still waiting to hear back.
While scheduling the delivery time they automatically scheduled it to 10-12 AM, I requested them to change it to 4-6 PM, and they replied we will give you call once rescheduled it, but no call for rescheduling, direct received call on next morning 8.30 AM that we are coming to deliver right now, I had to say yes else they were willing to cancel delivery, then they show up with half of furniture.
In beginning, I asked if the current discount 15% can go up if I buy more furniture, they said yes, we will have more discount depends on your full purchase, I purchase almost full furniture for my living room and (2) bedroom, spends more than 3 hours and finally on bill they said only 15% discount no matter how much you purchase. i felt like cheated but spent many hours already and liked furniture so I brought everything we decided.
Totally unsatisfactory experience, seems they just care how much you spend after that you are all along with their terms and conditions.

The only issues we had were with the moving team. The movers were very friendly, but when moving our new couch into our new house, our walls and doorframe were damaged a good bit. I’ve tried resolving this with customer service, and I was told to send them photos of the damage but have yet to hear back. This is disappointing. Otherwise, we enjoyed our experience with Miskelly.
Update: I got in touch with the delivery manager, and he told me to get him a quote on the repair. I sent them a quote to have my wall repainted and repaired. Miskelly sent me a check once the work had been completed, and there was no hassle at all. They have a very reasonable and thorough management team at Miskelly, and I appreciate them reaching out when they truly did not have to. September 5 i had made up my mind on my choice of couches. My photo from July 1 and my invoice show the same price of $899.00 even after being told couch was $100.00 markdown because of Labor Day sale. But the couch was not discounted only the delivery charge was discounted. I am not an unhappy customer but please be more careful in how you advertise it is misleading. In other words not being told the truth. The salesperson Lydia Bishop was very helpful and had good product suggestions. The salesperson training with Lydia needs to remember crunching ice may get on some customers nerves. The bottom line is: the couch i purchased was advertised on sale but was not on sale.
