D.P. Dough — Restaurant in Statesboro

I had a great experience at the D.P. Dough in State Boro, Georgia. I was so undecided with so many great choices. Then Destiny the cashier/mngr suggested the spinner. It is a spinach cheese & garlic DPDough calzone. Wow, wow, wow It was so tasty & full of dripping cheese. I loved it!! 🥰 That actually was one of the best I have ever had. 🤗 I also ordered two Mac & cheese DP Dough w xtra topping. My sons loved them with ranch and blue cheese dipping on the side. Would give it 0 stars if I could. Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with and horrible food. Ordered a calzone and got it delivered and when it arrived it was so salty and peppery it was inedible. Was almost like somebody turned a salt and pepper shaker upside down on it. Called to tell them what happened and said that there was nothing they could do about it unless I came up there and exchanged it myself. Refused to redeliver it even though I paid them a delivery fee and hefty tip to deliver me a load of garbage. Definitely won’t order from this subpar establishment again. Yesterday was the 2cnd time I've ordered from here with the same results- I wasted $ I really didnt have but I was hungry & the only other place open @ 1am is the Cook Out & there is NO WAY I'm eating that disgusting food- D.P. Dough isnt much better, food is BLAND with zero flavor and for what they charge, they should allow at least 1 cup of sauce with an order free of charge. There's hardly any filling in the calzones.
