Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Statesboro

Food is decent but the customer service is awful. The first time I went, I ordered two cookies and was told they had to bake and that it'd be ten minutes. I said that was fine. 35 min later, I still didn't have cookies. I got them around 40 minutes from ordering. And they were watery and halfway baked. The second time I decided to treat a friend there who didn't have any money at the time. I ordered two chicken sandwich meals. I was only given 1 meal. It took both my friend and I around 5 minutes of explaining to the girl there that I needed the other half of my order. She didn't understand even when I showed the receipt and the bag. The third time, today, I got a chicken sandwich and it was pretty good, but the girl who served me was friendly and flirty with the guy before me and absolutely cold toward me. Last time I checked, customer service requires you to be nice to customers. If I did that at my job (retail for 4 years) I'd have been fired...

The biscuits have been crunchy each time I’ve tried one, my frosted lemonade had s huge hole, and there’s never been any lemonade. The customer service is poor- there’s a few who are really kind and respectful, but there will be a line out the door with only one person at the register, and 4 others wandering around just chatting and laughing in a corner. The people just wandering around claim to be bagging food, but when there’s dozens of people waiting they’ll still pause halfway to talk and joke, and take ridiculously long to put one sandwich in a bag. Disappointing that high school students work better at chik fil a than college...

I am a student here and literally every time I decided to get some cfa before or after class, I never leave satisfied. Either it took 300 years to get one order (would watch as people who ordered after me got their food) or my order ends up completely wrong. And then, there’s always too many employees playing behind the counter and worried about what their friend is doing rather than giving out food in a timely and accurate manner.I was going to stay silent about this but this is being written after my 4th time (consecutively) having something go wrong while ordering my food in the past 3 weeks alone....
