I participated with a promotion in December offering a free 6-in sub with the purchase of a $25 Subway Gift Card. Instructions were to print the page with scan icon and present to your local Subway when ordering. There was no way to do this on line for ordering. When I arrived at this property and began to place my order I showed the employee my certificate: Shania was her name an associate said, she appeared to be a shift supervisor in charge. She glanced at it and quickly says - we don't accept this, you have to use it online. I explained to her that the instructions said to present it to my local Subway when ordering. She said it is for participating locations only and I don't participate !! I asked Shania to look at me good because I would not be back. As I exited she yelled to the back of my head: THAT WON'T EFFECT MY PAY CHECK ONE BIT!! FYI, I had eaten here a total of 30 times since August 2022 (according to my Google timeline) I was not a casual customer, just a loyal one...

I stopped in at Subway by parkers near the by pass, and I must say, the gentleman working had great customer service, a very clean restaurant and did an amazing job making our food and putting the right amount of veggies and sauces. Not only did it look pretty, it also was NOT messy! That has been a big issue at times. Having someone that cares about the job and customers makes a huge difference. I did not catch this guy's name but I will you my husband and I couldn't believe the service we received. If only every restaurant had all employees like this. The are rare and far inbetween. Subway Management should def appreciate this guy and treat him well. You don't find many people like this anymore!! Happy š£ Easter and thank you for a wonderful...

He was the only one up there, so I understand frustration, but as he finished ringing up the customer, he glanced over at me and two other customers waiting in the line and had cursed about how ridiculous it was, either for customers to be waiting on him, or for being the only one working, I am unsure. Regardless, this was highly unprofessional and I left without making a purchase as I felt highly uncomfortable. Additionally, there seemed to be a lack of hygiene as there was no beard net being worn. I've also been to this location before and have seen improper use of gloves. Because of this visit, I do not think I will be going back...
