This location is either extremely understaffed or the workers are untrained. Wait time is always 10+ minutes, even when youāre the only one in drive through. Workers are typically bland and sometimes seem bothered to serve you. After 12pm they ALWAYS seem to run out of aƧaĆ bowls, yet you can order them through the app for pickup or delivery. Iāve been in food service for seven years and Iād never stop serving a key menu item out of pure laziness and sorriness, especially when itās available through different order options. Once youāre in the drive through, itās nearly impossible to get out, so if you end up not ordering anything due to them being āoutā of products, youāre stuck in a short line with a long wait time - extremely frustrating. Thereās been multiple occasions where Iāve been charged different amounts for the same product. There have also been occasions where I ask for a substitution, but instead of a substitute, they just completely omit the ingredient. (I once ordered an aƧaĆ bowl and substituted all fruit for strawberries. I ended up not getting ANY fruit toppings in the bowl, just the granola and other toppings.) I do greatly enjoy their aƧaĆ bowls, but I lose faith in the restaurant each time Iām told theyāre out when I know they arenāt. (This has happened at least 10 times) I donāt like going to Smoothie King, but Iām getting to the point of frustration where Iām going to have to start going there, even though they canāt compete taste and option...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreUPDATE - We came back again to see if there had been any improvements and Iām thankful to say to seems they may have new management or new employees. We were left very impressed, the staff were all friendly and greeted us immediately, the food was great and made perfectly, they even wrote messages on both of our cups which was amazing and not something Iāve ever seen before. Will definitely be returning and the employees working on 10/12 @ 1:45pm deserve a raise!

This place used to be amazing. My husband and I used to come here every week. Sadly, it has gone downhill with the new staff. We stood in restaurant for 30 minutes waiting on a wrap and quesadilla we had ordered online 10-15 minutes before we even arrived. The employee tried to say they were busy, but they only had one other couple in the restaurant and two in the drive thru who arrived after us. The time before that they made it faster, but, the guacamole on the sandwich was so salty it was inedible and the lettuce was brown because it has gone bad. Itās such a shame to see the state this place is in now as it used to be our favorite...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreA woman with orange dreadlocks delivered extremely poor customer service by being rude and unprofessional. An online order for was placed for 7:30am pickup. When arriving it was discovered that the store opens at 8:00am, even though the mobile app allowed the 7:30am pickup time. I was told I canāt get a refund and would have to wait until 8am. With a very tight schedule I waited for my order to be prepared. There was a young blonde white woman that gave me my order and she was apologetic about the situation. After getting my order the black woman comes from the back using an aggressive tone and offensive language including calling me out of my name. Our conversation ended with and forth and with her telling me to leave as if I was the aggressor and I was simply explaining why I was displeased with my service and defending myself once I was called out of my name. I was met with the most disheartening customer service experience. Hopefully, there are opportunities for this business to improve customer service with me sharing this...
