I went here on a rainy Friday after 5 pm. Clearly, they want us to know their Little Ceasars. I mean, the name on the building ALONE shows Clearly, but you'd think they move the TWO big signs from the front door so customers can enter. 😕 This location is clearly owned by Indians. From my experience, there will never be a good turnout. I order 2 hot and ready cheese pizzas, I said 1 order of crazy bread with 2 sauces, however, the lady at the front, Krishna, charged me for 2 crazy breads and 2 sauces, even after clarification with her. 🤦🏾♀️ I waited and watched different disturbing and sanitary violations for about 25 minutes until my food was done. The 2 girls; relatives and Indians comes in to work, clocks in, then ONE of them washes her hands, but right after with wet hands, pulls her wet hair (because it was raining out) into a ponytail and then looks into her phone as a mirror. I just stare at her like she is insane. Do you think she washes her hands again? Nope! She got right onto the food prepping. She goes in the walk-in fridge, which is where the dough is. I thought dough needed heat to rise? Hmm, I could be wrong. The dough in the pans (she had a few of them) was pressed against her shirt that was damp from walking from the rain. 😭😬 The old man and woman were ON THE FLOOR, taking freshly kneaded dough or proofed dough out of some contraption and placing it in a big bowl. But the rest of the dough (waste not want not), the old man used his hands to touch the floor and get up, grabs the dough out of the contraption with bare hands (remember he touched the floor) and walked it over to the big bowl. So, my food was ready, and I went to the counter to grab it. I watched what they do at the pizza oven and packing station they have "hidden" They are making fresh pizzas and the illusion is that your pizza will be the fresh one, but it is not, they are taking older pizzas and packing them up and setting aside the fresh ones. So swapping around, I guess. How pathetic! When I got home, the pizza was as dry as the cardboard box it was in. I had low expectations already, so I wasn't shocked or upset. I was disgusted. When Krishna gives you the order, she places her hands over it so you won't look at the food or pizza under the box. Every little Ceasars I have ever been to, either will show you the pizza or NOT PUT THEIR HAND ON THE BOX SO YOU CAN'T SEE THE FOOD YOU JUST BROUGHT FROM THEM.
I will NOT be returning to this...
Read moreI have never left a review but felt it was necessary to let people know how poor the service at this location is. I waited over 2 hours for my food, 1 pizza and some breadsticks, which I called ahead for, as people who ordered in store an hour after I got there got their food first. Swati P will lie to you over and over with an awful attitude, I watched her tell people she called their name an hour ago when I can confirm she never did. She told me 20 minutes when I first got there, and then said 20 minutes remaining after every 30 minutes I waited, which was never true. I left the store after 2.5 hours of waiting with no food and my money back (which took her 5 minutes to do and a stupid smirk on her face the whole time). NEVER returning to this location, they do not know how to...
Read moreI love Little Caesars, but my recent visit was disappointing. I ordered online and picked up my food at 6 PM on May 27. While removing my two pizzas and two Crazy Breads from the keep-warm oven, most of the Crazy Breads fell out of the bag and hit the ground due to poor stacking. It was not possible to see how these items were stack with the door open. When I informed the staff, they blamed me and offered no help. They also forgot my Crazy Sauce and only addressed it after I showed my receipt. The employees were extremely rude. Their Google rating of 1.6 reflects this poor service. Please improve your customer service. We love your food, but...
