Crumbl — Restaurant in Georgia

Not impressed at all. The music was so loud I could barely hear the cashier. We had to wait for our cookies, which gave me time to look around. The floors were filthy especially where they were making the cookies. There were crumbs and toppings all over the floor & they were walking on everything. Even the floor in the front where customers waited was dirty & in need of good mopping. We purchased 1 cookie of each flavor - they're just basic cookies but half dozen were $22 & some change. For that kind of money I want amazing cookies. One of the flavors was the Andes Mint cookie. The flavor was good & minty but the icing looked awful because it's supposed to be green with chocolate bits but the chocolate had either melted or was more of shavings than bits so it was this putrid greenish brown color. What was more disheartening was watching the workers mixing the icing with their hands - with gloves on but was probably why the color was off since the heat from your hands would melt the chocolate. In addition, there were a dozen or more employees there many of which were just standing around watching. Johnny Boy cookies is still the best cookie baker...

In store, it's pretty good.

If you order delivery, beware. I had a doordash driver supposedly deliver my order and it's still not here. Been 20 minutes and she did pick it up from the store (I called).

The app is terrible if you have issues like this because all it tells you is to call the store if you have problems with your order. There's no "order says delivered and not here? Tap here!" or anything like that. You get a "tracking link" from Doordash but even that's just it telling you it was delivered and then not letting you dispute it if it's not here...

Love the atmosphere, the option to order yourself and not have to interact with so many people (for the introverted and anxious people like me), and the taste of the cookies! The only thing that knocked off a star for me was the presentation of the cookies. The icing is usually really well done, but recently it’s been a little too much (at least in my personal opinion) and the crumbled toppings have been a tiny sprinkle rather than the pictured bigger pieces, sometimes not even having crumbled bits and missing them completely. I would still recommend trying it because I may have just gone on...
