Wingstop — Restaurant in Statesboro

This is one of the worst spots to put a wing stop. The place is definitely a hazard especially when 50-60 people trying to get in the door and stand around for hours just to get some dry wings with no flavor, soggy fries especially the voodoo fries which I had two orders of but only to get home like 20 minutes away to find out I had one order of voodoo fries. It wasn't even worth calling to complain. I placed my order online to get ahead of the line to wait for over a hour to finally get my order and I waited in my car and to still walk inside thinking I would be able to go in and just pick up I still had to wait. I watched one girl walk back and forth to the trash with food in her hand to throw away and she was one of the ones preparing food with no gloves on. The line that they prepare food is no bigger than 2-3 feet which is crazy to me every one on top of each other. When people come in to order and they know the order will take so long they should advise people to wait in their cars to stop the culter in that small building. Online orders people should get emails or a text stating that their order is ready for pickup. There should be some type of solution because this is ridiculous. There should be a drive through window for something like this but then again I'm not about to wait a hour to two hours in a drive through. The wing stop experience isn't it. Sad to say that was my first time and will be my last time to waste over 50 dollars on. Everything should of been on point especially...

ONLINE ORDER:. We had made a mistake on our online order and called to have it corrected. They were not able to assist and we had to make an entire new order and had to pay an additional delivery fee, the food also was delivered separately. The second one was placed on our front porch and no doorbell was rung. We happen to have a camera so we seen the delivery made). I feel the online services need better support and better care on how it’s delivered. IN STORE/IN PERSON: We were welcomed with friendly smiles and faces, the service was fast and prompt. We sat inside to eat. There is not a lot of sitting available (Im guessing there were about 6 or 7 tables, kind of reminds me of the sitting available at Rolling Monkey, but entirely different environment). The Parmesan wings were excellent and had more fries than I could eat. Overall I give them a solid 3 star, as the online and delivery service needs much work, not really a good dine in option (so I would suggest a ‘pick up to go’ option) , in person service was definitely better. You can tell this place won’t last long. Horrible management and horrible staff! Went in today to try it for the first time. It was around 5pm and it wasn’t busy at all. We were never greeted and the staff was just complaining to other employees in front of us as we just stood there waiting to order. Apparently they only had 2 workers for the night and were pissed about it. After standing and waiting a while we were finally told “hey y’all, just want to let you know it’s going to be about a 20 minute wait.” We said nevermind and left. We hadn’t placed a order yet and the order we were going to place shouldn’t take any longer than 5-10 minutes seeing it was a small order and it wasn’t packed or busy at all and the employees weren’t doing a damn thing but complaining since we walked in. I never leave reviews but you can definitely tell management is awful, seemed like nobody was running the place. The employees were stressed.
