Firehouse Subs Gentily Square — Restaurant in Statesboro

I went to purchase four sandwiches three medium, one large three were the Philly cheesesteak one was a hook and ladder. When all these sandwiches we asked for no mustard and when we got our sandwiches and started eating them they had all mustard. Me and my daughters are allergic to mustard so we ended up having a very bad allergic reaction due to the carelessness of your establishment because you guys could not take an order properly and whenever I called your establishment that night no one wanted to answer the phone. So I called the next day and I was told because I didn't have the sandwiches but there was nothing that you could do and accused me of trying to swindle you guys. I thought that it was extremely rude and then you guys told me that your store manager told you not to call me back. I thought that was extremely rude. Then you took my number down and told me that your store manager called me. He never did the advice I can give to anybody that is reading this. Don't go to this establishment. They're not family friendly. They do not take orders properly. They're nasty and I will never waste my money or my time on this place ever again. To be totally honest, I might never support firehouse ever again the establishment. I can't believe that I was treated like a criminal over the phone. How rude. I don't know how you think you're supposed to treat people. That is definitely not the way. I'm a mom of three girls and one boy. I work hard for my money just like you do. This store doesn't even deserve the one star that I am giving them in this review. I am not sure who the manager of this establishment is but corporate needs to reach out to them and send a regional manager in to intervene. Today, I ordered through the mobile app to this store and was given the time of 6:10. Upon arrival, the employees in this store asked me my name for the order because I had went to the takeout side. After giving the employee my name another employee chuckled in the back. I found this rather odd because I have such a generic name and nothing is amusing about it but I brushed that off. After pretending to look around for my order, this employee laughed while informing me that my order would be a minute. At this time the rest of the employees hanging out talking started to laugh as well. I strongly encourage everyone spending their hard earned dollar to NOT spend it at this store because they could care less about...

I called to place an order for pick and they answered with no salutation as if it was their personal phone. I asked to place a order for pick up and he hung up in my face. I called back and stated I just called to place an order and was hung up on he then stated “oh that was me I said hello twice but no one said anything I apologize” his attitude was very abrasive and I asked for the manager he stated I am the manager. I then asked for the name and contact of the GM he stated their is none; therefore I asked for his boss and contact information he said her name was Patrica and she’d be in between 12-3pm and he couldn’t provide her number because she told him not to do so anymore.
