I ordered 2 pizza's one XL All Meat and one Small Deluxe. I placed this order through door dash. We do not have any pizza places that will personally deliver to our address because it's to far out so we are left with only Door Dash as an option if we use delivery instead of pick up. When our pizza arrived an hour later (which we were told the time was a long wait) it was cold and wrong. The dasher handed me 2 pizza boxes so I figured that I had both pizzas. When I opened both boxes there was 1/2 of a pizza (6 slices) in each box. So the XL All Meat was split between 2 pizza boxes and we did not receive the small Deluxe at all. When I called Marco's the lady rudely told me it was the dashers fault for not checking the order. Well you gave him 2 boxes so how was he supposed to know that you split one pizza between 2 boxes?????? The lady said she made me the Deluxe pizza herself and the pizza was no longer there so it door dashes fault and they will not do anything about it. She was very rude and short. I will not do business here again now that I was treated like I was wrong for even calling about the problem. Pizza was cold, wrong and I was treated rudely by Marcos employe. Read moreI usually love Marcos, but my food today was disappointing. Portions seemed smaller than I remember. I ordered the 14.99 special ( 2large pizzas with breadsticks), then ordered a 2 liter Pepsi and 8 piece bone wings and another order of bread sticks and got ripped big time. Only got one order of breadsticks, my pizzas were tiny (box said "M" ..for medium..they were supposed to be large and I asked for 4 marinara sauces and got only one in the bread sticks box- I'm sure I was charged.) I don't have my receipt 😣 and I tipped the driver 5 for bringing it to my house for delivery ( I live down the street basically ) I'm not going to order from here again. Food was not good today. I have had better from this Marcos pizza place- delivery was fast, but the food was wrong with pizza size( should have been two larges!) and missing a box of breadsticks and 4 Marinera sauces, not very satisfying today. I paid 40 for food and 5 on delivery. Unsatisfied 👎 some please tell me why they charge me 3.00 for delivery if it's not given to the driver.....that's dumb to rip off your employees like that. Read moreOrdered pizza at 6:14 via mobile app. Was notified at 6:38 that pizza was delivered, but it wasn’t. Called at 6:47 to ask about pizza, was told driver dropped off (obviously wrong house) so was told they could credit or remake. I asked for remake. Was told 30 minutes tops. I just got my food at 7:55. Called in about food taking longer than expected (again) and asked for refund/credit/discount. Was told by manager (Chance) that he could not give me refund or any credit/discount unless there were quality issues with the food. Even though it took over twice as long than they stated because the driver went to the wrong house AGAIN and I had to text them our address so they could get here (same address I listed on delivery). All the manager was concerned about was the quality of the food, not that the service experience was awful, so I eventually said yes - quality was bad, and he yet still refused discount/refund.
I was fine with remake and it taking 30 minutes to get it. But remake took over an hour. And was not offered any kind of discount/refund/coupon for future service.
Marcos has always been our go to for pizza, (corporate and personal) but...
