I went through the drive-thru at McDonald's on Taylorsville highway in Statesville and used my McDonald's app to order a $6 quarter pounder with cheese meal. When I got to the window to pay the girl charged me over $9 so I asked her to fix it since I used the app and she said she would have to get her manager. When her manager got to the window she started telling me I had to get on the app again and find the code which I don't know how to do after the apps been closed. I don't know of any other McDonald's manager who would have any kind of problem at all fixing that for me since I let them know I use the app. This manager fussed at me and refused to fix it. She made me wait so long that by the time I finally got my food handed to me it was cold and hard. She refused to fix the order and I never got my money back. What kind of McDonald's manager does not honor the app? I contacted corporate but I never heard back from them so they probably did nothing. That is why I came on here to do a review so others can know how bad the service is at this one McDonald's. Honestly that manager should be fired for her terrible behavior while refusing to honor the app price and for serving me food that was so hard and cold that I couldn't eat it. Even the drink tasted bitter like something was in it other than the Dr Pepper. I believe she gave me old food just because she was mad that I asked her to fix my order that I gave the code for at the drive-thru. She made me wait a long time before giving me my food but when she finally gave it to me it was really hard and dried out with no warmth to the burger or the cold hard fries. It tasted like it was several hours old and was so hard that after tasting it I couldn't stomach another bite. McDonald's should be ashamed of themselves for putting someone like her in charge of that store.

After getting a medium rare QP Deluxe I had to change my ratings . Called told them about it even took a picture of it an the lady that answered the phone was very disrespectful and rude on the phone. Told me I needed to bring the sandwich back to them so they can see its was not cooked . I told her I gave it to my dog and I had a picture of it . Well she still said well I need to see it .. Then my buddy tells me how rude they was to him . Telling him if he didn't like it that he can go somewhere else in a rude ass vocie... Come on Mike you can hire better people then this . Guess I should of waited and talked to Darren he's a good manager and does good with customer service. And also need to inform your staff that you can make a kids breakfast happy meal. Be cause they don't know that they can ..

I ordered via the app on my way to work i had plenty of time to stop and get curbside and make it to work. I paid in the app and entered my space number and waited and wsited and waited at least 10 cars went thru the drive thru and 17 mins after entering my space number i wemt to the drive thru and asked for my order they apologized and said we have a "slow kitchen" they gave me my order in about 4 mins at the drive thru. I left got my sandwich and took a bite (it was dark out so i didnt see it was the wrong sandwich til i tasted the cheese and egg) so i called back qnd spoke with someone who said they were a manager she said her name was Bethany. I told her due to the extended wait in cutbside and having to then go thru the drive thru i was already late for work and that i wouldnt be able to make it back today at least not before this evening. Shr said bring the sandwiches back and we will make u another onem i said i cant make it today for breakfast today she said we will make you a lunch sandwich. I explained im not a fan of their lunch. Silence over the linr..i askrd what i needed to do she said you need to bring the sandwiches back now if you want breakfast. I was extremely frustrated at this point and asked for a refund for my wrong items she wasnt pleasant to deal with and didnt make the mistakes they made right without a hassle. I askrd if i could come bk tomm morning but that wasnt an option i was told over and over to bring the sandwiches back today even tho i explained multiple times i wasnt able to do that given my work schedule amd plans later in the evening. So i finally said i just want . Refund and asked for her name and if she was a manager...she reluctantly gave me her name (bethany) and said thats ehat i told you...(a refund was never offered so she madr that up at the end she told me she would make me a lunch sandwich ) in the past (1 yr +) i have had decent food and fast friendly service as of lately (the last 3 to 5 monthd) i havent enjoyed my food or service from here and didnt give . Bad review last time b/c everyone has off days but multiple bad visits in a Row is unacceptable. I hate that i wont be visiting until i see the reviews change. After coming to make this review i see that many others recently have had the same issues and it seems to be on breakfast...

We have gone to this McDonald’s for years while living nearby, and my grandparents go multiple times a week. There have been a few minor issues through the years, but overall is USED TO BE a good place to go. An experience on Friday was the last straw. We went through the drive thru and had an in-app code for a free Oreo McFlurry with a milkshake purchase. We get to the drive thru speaker and put in the order. The guy asks for the code and we provide it. He mumbles a lot and seems to read back the correct order, with long pauses in between random words (long like thirty seconds to a minute between “Your total Is $7.31.”). At the first window, the same guy from the speaker confuses us with the car behind us (I’m guessing) telling us that our total is $22 for a completely different order. We tell him we were the $7.31 and he gets us the correct receipt. At the second window, the girl there is snippy and rude and shoved our food at my mom. The girl then slams the window closed. We immediately realize we didn’t get our mcflurry. The girl gets annoyed that we didn’t pull away and cracks the window. My mom explains the issue and the girl rolls her eyes and tells us to go to the next window. The woman at the third window is even ruder. We try to explain the issue and attempt to show her our receipt. She asks for the coupon. I show her the screenshot I took, but she wants to see an updated version. The app has logged me out, so I have to re-authenticate my device, with the woman audibly huffing and sighing as I load it up. We hand her my phone. She looks at the coupon and snaps that the promotion is only valid if we purchase a milkshake, to which we awkwardly hold up the one we just purchased. She glared and mutters about needing to see a code and wanders off into the back. We wait and she brings out the mcflurry a few minutes later. She shoved it at my mom and slams the window closed.

Went thru drive thru at aproxmatly 540 on a sunday morning.2 cars in front of me.took 15 min to get my order.was rushing to get to work by 6 cause didnt think was going to sit in drive thru 15 min on a sun morning when it was that early and they didnt look busy.was not happy when i got to work n went to eat my breakfast.my order was wrong n i should of checked it before i left but was in a hurry i figured 5 min top at a drive thru when that slow.i ordered a sausage bisc,hash brown,fruit parfait.3 small items n they managed to get it wrong..i recieved a parfait w no fruit in it but plain,a chicken bisc and cold hash browns.the cashier at back window needs to learn how to do simple math my total was 3.41 n i gave her a 5 dollar bill and apparently she typed in on register 20 instead of 5 n cause she struggled when it came time to give me my change n had to ask another employee how much changed she owed me wow its only 1.59 that's bad people rely so much on technology.this mcdonalds has some of the rudest employees,who work 3rd shift there.it seems like everytime u go to this mcdonalds they leave something out of your order or your order is wrong cause of getting wrong item or they dump your fries out in bag upside down.we ate there Fri night around 11pm n they were busy then but they threw fries in bag upside down all food crammed into a small bag,they left out 2 items from our order.both times Fri n sun was thru 3rd shift hours and not one employee either time managed to say thank you n have a nice day.id been happy w just a thank you.you call back to complain Fri we got home m realized it wrong.4 calls fri n no amswer on phone so left a messgae on complaint number then today 6 calls before someone amswered n was told by mgr on duty,to bring food back up there this morning n they'd replace it I'm at work n cant leave I told her that n she told me theres nothing she...
