Usually a positive experience but not so much today at 12:40. I had a lead tell her employee to charge me $1.00 more for asking for light ice in a cold americano. Obviously americanoâs have different amounts of espresso and the rest is water. So for a venti that is hot for $4.95, a venti that is cold should also be $4.95 because âadded productâ is only more water. I reached out to Starbucks customer service after being treated like I was at fault instead of the employee following up with her own management.    Read moreStopped in to grab a coffee for my wife and the staff greeted me fairly quickly. While i was waiting to get my wife order through text the guy excused himself from the register politely and continued to work at other things. He was very friendly and polite. Wife had no complaints on the coffee itself and the experience was very good. It's still newly opened so it wasn't too busy but i imagine once everyone knows it's open it'll get crowded. One downside is the fact it's seating is just a large table in the middle everyone shared verses...

This is how much the dragonfruit cubes was put in. I know this is only for color but I have this drink all the time to know how much they usually put in. The amount of dragonfruit cubes in this cup is not as half as what I usually get.
Staff was just okay. Not as nice as other locations I usually go to.
Charged the same but the quality isnât worth half of the price.
