Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Stephenville

As a fellow doordasher. I have to say I never thought Pizza Hut would be such a hassle. The first time was their credit card problem. Because it kept sending it as cash on delivery. I would always get shorted for that one. Second, the pin code problem is not helpful. Guess what? There was this one time I couldn't reach the customer at all and wouldn't go through sent messages calls nothing at a hotel. After waiting a really long time on a customer for what seems like forever for even a response. When I couldn't reach the customer. Because it was sent to a private number. That won't accept calls. So, really, I give it one star for both difficulty of reaching customers. That has set it to hands only and for not having a drop-off point at locations to send pictures. This is the only restaurant that gives the most problems, not even pastafina or little ceasar has this same problem. Sometimes, I don't even accept pizza huts delivery offers just because of how their system is set up. The last time, I did an order for their company. I was told to unassigned an order that I had waited on them for twenty minutes. I get told by pizza hut customers complain. Which doesn't make sense with my high rating. There is no accountability with Pizza Hut at all. The only reason is to make money. The next time I take an order. I will call the customer to wait for 20 minutes to not lose my 100% completion rating of delivery by doordash. And then call customer support and get half pay. So, sorry in advance for any future delivery from Doordash for the ongoing uphill problems with Pizza Hut. I would not be one bit surprise if they went out of business some day. I have hardly ever seen customers go there instead of other places have more than four cars instead of Pizza Hut. Gone of the way of Pizza Hut salad bar buffet, so to must pizza...

3/2025 update - we visited again and were super happy with the improvement in service!! We visited on a Saturday afternoon for dine-in. The young college age girl working had outstanding customer service!! I was not expecting table service but she provided! We ordered the New York style pizza and it was super good!! It was huge and fed 3 people for 2 meals. The slices are huge! The price was amazing for the size of pizza you get.

2023- We visited on a Friday evening for dine in. We placed our order and waited over an hour to get our food. It was just ok and honestly not worth the wait. They messed up our pizza (put the wrong stuff on it) and it was soggy and it was 3/4 instead of half and half and when we called to get it fixed was asked if we wanted to purchase another one. When we finally spoke to a manager he wouldn’t send another one, but he did credit our account. We didn’t plan on ordering from them again but we did about a week later with the credit and when the pizza got here it was again 3/4 one thing and only 1/4 the other so the person with the 1/4 section only had like 3 pieces that they could eat. It was soggy and when you picked up a piece it was limp. I prefer soft pizza but this was just soggy and nasty. Will definitely never order from them again, terrible pizza and terrible...
