Forgot to leave a review for yesterday. The service here was exceptional!

A bit TMI but my anxiety was horrible yesterday when I tried to go out with my family, and I had just barely began to calm down when my mother suggested checking out the bakery as a distraction. I was still extremely scatterbrained and was having a hard time figuring out what I wanted, but the nice young lady at the counter was extremely patient with me and provided great descriptions of the coffee and cupcakes. I finally decided on a smores cupcake (which was absolutely delicious) and a Chocolate Chip Cookie Coffee. I wanted it iced, but they were out of ice. I was a little bummed, but the kind lady at the counter offered to froth the milk to keep it cold, and it came out absolutely delicious. It even stayed cold when I left it in the car to go grab some stuff from the grocery store. Seriously amazing service, she did everything she could to make sure we got what we wanted. I wish I would've got her name so I could mention her directly but ma'am, whoever you were (at around 5pm or so) thank you for being so accommodating and understanding. It's people like you that I truly appreciate as someone who suffers from severe social anxiety. I wish you nothing but the best, and I hope to be able to stop by again sometime to try other things from here.

Also, the cake pop my niece got was delicious, and the iced sugar cookie my mother got was pretty good too. The cookie had good flavor, but the only thing we weren't fond of was how light the icing was. We both feel that if you're going to ice a cookie, it should be either a thin glaze or a thick frosting. First and foremost I never write rants ever but since I was braided for being supposedly wrong and supposedly lying is beyond rude I’m not the baker for making dry and dense cake that’s an edible. I went in today to return a cake and cupcakes I ordered for my sons birthday. Both cupcakes and cake were super dry and dense they were both an edible no one was able to eat it. I took in the cake today was not able to get a refund for it due to the fact that they try to say that it was my fault for picking it up a day late, I didn’t know that picking it up a day late under their care would make such a difference with dense and dryness. We did exactly what they told us to leave the cake out so it can thaw out Cupcakes were exactly the same and I pick up the cupcakes on time up the kids were not able to eat the cupcakes. She even said that I was lying lol why would I lie about a cupcakes and cake and brought the cake in so they can see how dense the cake was. It’s beyond rude to say to the customer that they are lying when they bring the product back in. Now for the cupcakes I did not bring it in due to the fact that I took it to the school so they can eat it but the kids throw it away. But that being said the cake and cupcakes were super dry and dense not edible. My daughter goes to Tarleton, I do not live in Stephenville. I paid for a dozen strawberries and a cake pop arrangement. What my daughter actually received to what was posted on the Valentine Day order menu were 2 different things. The cake pop arrangement had ONE sad looking $1 yellow rose in the amateur looking arrangement. My daughter said the cake pops very squishy and she was not sure that they were completely cooked because they tasted "weird". As for the strawberries, she did say they tasted delicious.
