My wife and I frequent this location just because its convenient, but I'm getting sick of getting rushed to order every time I come. Pulling up to the drive-thru, its always "is that all?", after each item I order, in a very fast, passive tone of voice. Be sure to avoid this place if you're not in a hurry and just looking to be treated like a human being. Additionally, last time my wife was there, she ordered a sausage egg and cheese on a cressant; the person on drive-thru told her that it would be just a minute, and to pull forward. Well, my wife waited more than ten minutes, just for someone to come out and inform her that she, in fact, didn't order any food. Well, the issue was that the drive-thru attendant was rushing her so much that they forgot to even put her order in, and insisted that she ordered no food. Essentially, hurry up and wait, and get talked to like you're dirt beneath their shoes is the theme here. We've given this place a ton of business just out of convenience - lol not anymore. Ordered 2 Sourdough Breakfast Sandwiches. They look delicious and sound like a great idea. The Sourdough bread was perfect, soft center with firmer crust, taste exactly as it should. The two eggs were cook correctly neatly placed on the bread. The bacon had a good flavor. So why the 1 star? Well, the menu states the sandwich has "Two eggs, five half slices of bacon and white cheddar on two pieces of sourdough toast". Unfortunately, the two sandwiches I received had no cheese and only 4 half slices of bacon, and the sourdough bread was not toasted at all. If I am paying for cheese and 5 pieces of bacon, then that is what I should receive. Certainly not the end of the world, but now, if I return to this particular location, I will have to open every item to see if it has been prepared correctly, or if this "cost saving" procedure is...
