Will not use this location ever again. Loyal customer over 5 and a half years. Had a negative experience with text order as it was wrong. When I called to address/rectify the situation the Manager Ian was not professional at all, nor were the workers there. I advise Ian that the order was wrong, but my guests had already eaten several bread sticks, he said that he'd have a new one made and delivered, and to give the other bread back. Which, I'm pretty sure, once food is touched or eaten, they shouldn't take it back. Called to speak to the manager again to say just credit me for the next purchase as we didn't need , or want to wait for the correct items and was spoken to rudely. A male answered the phone, (yeah) then when I asked for the managers name, and was told they were not sure if they could give me that information. When I asked Ian to just credit me for next time, he said he would give me $3 off. I said, I wanted the full credit, and he said he isn't going to just give free bread out and he is just following protocol. I was doing text delivery, and it was their error. If they're trying to push text delivery, I think the least they could do is offer a complimentary bread stick for a future order. Have called to speak to Sam, the franchise owner for over a week and a half now. Left a message for him to call me back to advise him of my experience, and have not gotten a response. Keep calling, and he's never there and won't return my call either. Gave more than enough time for the franchise owner to reach out to me, and he didn't. I don't like leaving negative feedback, but in this case, it's well deserved. Extremely unprofessional. Read moreI ordered a pizza through the Jetbot phone system. Others who are in my car heard me please the order and that it was confirmed. I received a text message confirming it and I was asked if I wanted to pay with the card or in the store. I chose in the store. Thank God! I got to the store waited the 20 minutes I was supposed to according to the text and went in. When I gave the order number they told me it was $54. I had only ordered a large square cheese and pepperoni pizza. I told them that couldn't be right and told them what I ordered. They looked at my phone number and said we don't have an order for you. You can wait and place one if you want. Absolutely not! I will not go there again. If they're going to use this service and it not be accurate I'm not interested in being there customer. Manager stated they knocked on my door and I did not answer so they left it in the hallway. While I was on the phone with the Manager, I opened my door and told him there was no Pizza, he insisted someone picked it up. Manager was very rude to me more or less of accusing me of lying. When I called back to let him know that the front desk stated no one from Jet's came through the Lobby he rudely told me my pizza was in the oven. The pizza was delivered to the wrong building according to the next delivery driver. The Managers that worked on Saturday were Ian, Zac, and Kyle. Not sure which one I talked to because he would not give me his name but shame on you. Customer Service is very important and for a Manager to talk to a customer that way is uncalled for.
