was there yesterday and bought baklava that costed me about $220. It's more expensive than Hafiz Mustafa ( a well known establishment for baklava in turkey). I place orders from there and have them shipped to the United States and would still cost less. Anyways, while I was standing there not even once the person who is filling the boxes handed me one piece for tasting. So I wanted to test his mannerism and generosity and stated to him that he's making me hungry with filling these boxes and not even once he offered me a piece. In arabic it's called karam al deyafa and that was lacking. I travel a lot and I'm accustomed to any place I travel and order in bulk, they hand you a piece while your order is getting ready. Nevertheless, the baklava is delicious and pricing should be a bit more fair.
I originally had 4 stars on this post, but decided to go back and drop it to 3 stars. I was offended and astounded by the lack of professionalism that was demonstrated from the person who is responding to people reviews. No matter how negative the review is, you should always demonstrated professionalism and maturity and a solution for the problem. Not get offended and respond by people having a hidden agenda and trying to ruin your name. I'm sure if you responded back to every customer and gave them a solution, they would all go back and and edit their reviews and will continue to come back to your...

Read moreI will never order from this place again. I ordered a birthday Minion cake for my boys birthday and when I called to pick it up they could not locate my order. After searching for it for a while they told me they found it but it wont be done until the end of the day while the birthday party was planned to start at 5 pm. When I picked up the cake and opened it it was not anything like the picture I sent them. They did not include any of the decorations from the picture but instead bought 4 small minion figurines and placed them on the cake. When I asked them why they did not make the minion figures as shown in the picture I was told that they did not know how. No one mentioned that to me when I ordered the cake and showed them the picture. On top of that the cake was completely frozen when I cut into it to pass to my guests and the frosting was literally just butter. Like I said I will never order a birthday cake from here again. I was so disappointed at how...
