was there yesterday and bought baklava that costed me about $220. It's more expensive than Hafiz Mustafa ( a well known establishment for baklava in turkey). I place orders from there and have them shipped to the United States and would still cost less. Anyways, while I was standing there not even once the person who is filling the boxes handed me one piece for tasting. So I wanted to test his mannerism and generosity and stated to him that he's making me hungry with filling these boxes and not even once he offered me a piece. In arabic it's called karam al deyafa and that was lacking. I travel a lot and I'm accustomed to any place I travel and order in bulk, they hand you a piece while your order is getting ready. Nevertheless, the baklava is delicious and pricing should be a bit more fair.

I originally had 4 stars on this post, but decided to go back and drop it to 3 stars. I was offended and astounded by the lack of professionalism that was demonstrated from the person who is responding to people reviews. No matter how negative the review is, you should always demonstrated professionalism and maturity and a solution for the problem. Not get offended and respond by people having a hidden agenda and trying to ruin your name. I'm sure if you responded back to every customer and gave them a solution, they would all go back and and edit their reviews and will continue to come back to your...

I will never order from this place again. I ordered a birthday Minion cake for my boys birthday and when I called to pick it up they could not locate my order. After searching for it for a while they told me they found it but it wont be done until the end of the day while the birthday party was planned to start at 5 pm. When I picked up the cake and opened it it was not anything like the picture I sent them. They did not include any of the decorations from the picture but instead bought 4 small minion figurines and placed them on the cake. When I asked them why they did not make the minion figures as shown in the picture I was told that they did not know how. No one mentioned that to me when I ordered the cake and showed them the picture. On top of that the cake was completely frozen when I cut into it to pass to my guests and the frosting was literally just butter. Like I said I will never order a birthday cake from here again. I was so disappointed at how...

I had the pleasure of visiting Palm Sweets Bakery & Cafe for two consecutive nights, and I must say that the Baklava selection was beyond exceptional. The talented lady named Rashad ۱ŰșŰŻ, who assisted me both nights, made my experience even sweeter. Her attention to detail and the way she carefully curated the perfect selection of fresh and delicious Baklava left a lasting impression. The Baklava itself was top-notch—fresh, flavorful, and with the perfect balance of sweetness and texture. Rashad’s hospitality and customer care elevated the entire experience, ensuring that I left with not just a box of Baklava, but with a memorable experience as well. Even though I drove over an hour each way from Ann Arbor just to visit this amazing Iraqi bakery, it was more than worth it. I will absolutely return anytime I’m in the area, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a true taste of quality and hospitality.

We went here for the first time last week. This place was absolutely amazing. We tried lots of things and everything we had was delicious! I also got ice cream! And their flavors were soooo good! I got Oreo and Nutella on a waffle cone. It was so good. We also got a few other traditional Arabic desserts. Their cakes look sooo good. I will most definitely be returning. They have a nice sit down restaurant style where they serve Arabic coffee and you can pick from the hundreds of pastries that they have available. I highly recommend stopping here and if your coming here I would go next door to Ishtar the Iraqi Arabic restaurant next door. There food is the best I have ever had! Always delicious and have been quite a few times now. We drive over a hour and a half just to come down here and visit these two places. Most definitely worth it!!
