VARA Juice (Sterling Heights) — Restaurant in Sterling Heights

Got a strawberry Dubai cup from the Sterling Heights location on 15 mile and Ryan. My daughter went in and said the place smelt bad and the strawberries did not look good but she still ended up getting me the cup. When I ate the cup when I got halfway down, the strawberries started tasting very funny Like they were bad. The chocolate was off as well something about the cup then that taste right ended up getting food poisoning from it did not sleep all night, vomiting all night. These places need to keep their place clean not smelling awful the fruit not rotten. My daughter did not tell me about the strawberries until after the fact that I ate more than half a cup and then it started taste so funny that’s why I stopped eating it and I mentioned it to my daughter that the strawberries tasted weird later on when she came home she was telling me yes, the place Smelled like bad fruit, the strawberries she was they look darker than normal color and they didn’t look right. Very unhappy very unsatisfied will not be going back to this location again again. Someone else I know had the same problem before, but then gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried it myself and let me tell you never again I feel like....

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience here was disappointing. My friend and I were really excited to try this place, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to our expectations.

When we arrived, the staff member didn’t greet us or acknowledge us. She came out from the back after a minute but said nothing. When it was time to order, she took my friend’s order and walked away before even asking for mine.

We ordered a smoothie and an açaí bowl. The smoothies tasted freezer-burned, and the açaí bowl was completely melted. When we inquired about nutritional information, we were told, “We don’t know. Fruit is either sweet or not, so we can’t give an accurate description.” Additionally, the smoothies didn’t seem fresh. She didn’t use a blender or even seal the lid with the machine, which makes me doubt they were made to order.

I really appreciate the gentleman here possibly the owner who always takes the time to recommend the best juice based on your personal goals. It’s clear he truly loves what he does. He speaks with passion and sincerity, not just to make a sale, but because he genuinely believes in the product and honestly, the juice speaks for itself because it’s that good.

His dedication to excellent customer service stands out, and the young ladies who support him are equally amazing. The entire team is warm, knowledgeable, and hardworking. It’s because of them that I’ve been coming here for over a year and they’re the reason I’ll continue...
