ok so before i start off this was 90% of taco bells fault. you have no idea how mad i am, so pretty much i ordered taco bell cuz i was feeling sad cuz i broke up with my girlfriend, so i ordered 3 tacos and then some other things with the cinnamon twists right. i kid u not pretty much my entire order was wrong except my tacos. BOTH OF MY TWO CHALUPAS CAME WITH TOMATOESAND I HATE TOMATOES I TOLD THEM NO TOMATOES. and I ordered 3 baja blasts right? I ONLY GOT 1 AND IT WAS A REGULAR MOUNTAIN DEW. like who goes to taco bell and just gets mountin dew? i also got sauce packets right, (just an fyi i dont really like things that are too spicy) i got the mild one and the hot one, they got the hot one correct, BUT THEY PUT DIABLO INSTEAD OF MILDD???? they noteven the same color bro. i forgot to mention they forgot my burrito. but i think the thing that got me most mad is that instead of my cinnamon twists they gave me TORTILLA CHIPS WITHOUT THE DIP. the chips were also really stale. and it doesnt even end there. my doordasher literally dropped the food off at the wrong house. so i went to my neighbors where they dropped it, im pretty sure a toddler got there before me because the straw was on the ground, all the sauce packets just all over the place and i really had to go put my slides on just for this. like you have no idea how day this has been my girlfriend broke up with me, tacobell messed up my order SO BADDD, and dont even get me started on doordash. their service is terrible!!! i contacted support about my issues and they said the best they can do is give me $5 back??? LIKEWHAT. i'm so mad right nowand i even gave my dasher a $5 tip for a 2 mile drive. this has been the worst day of my life and im not even mad about my girlfriend cheating on me anymore this is legit worse than that. im never using doordash nor tacobell EVER AGAIN. if i could give 0 stars I WOULD...
Read moreMy roommate and I went to Taco Bell at this specific location because the app showed they had the new birthday cake churros. I placed a mobile order for pickup inside, but when we arrived, the doors were locked, so we had to go through the drive-thru instead—not a big deal.
After receiving our order, I asked my roommate to check if the churros were included, and they weren’t. So, I went back through the drive-thru to let them know we had received cinnabon delights instead. The employee informed me that they didn’t have the churros in stock, so they substituted them without notifying us. I simply mentioned that I wished they had told us beforehand.
At that point, the employee got an attitude and said, “First of all—pull up.” Before I even reached the window, she leaned out to look at me approaching. Once I got there, she explained that the app is managed by a third party, so they had no way of notifying through the third party that the item was unavailable. She added that they substituted it to be accommodating. I responded, “I appreciate that, but I just wish someone had informed us when we picked up our food.”
She then asked if I wanted to cancel the order. I asked whether that would cancel just the churros or the entire order, and she said it would cancel everything. Since we had already received our food, I told her we would just keep it. She then gave me a sarcastic “Have a good day” before slamming the window.

Similar to the other reviews, I did not have a good experience with the rude drive-thru cashier that always seems to work the day shift. I visited around 11:15 am on 6/29/21. The website and app clearly stated that the store was open for dine in, as the dine-in door was unlocked, I entered to place my order. The cashier yelled at me "The lobby is closed, that's why the door was locked!" if the door was locked, how could I enter the building?
Anyways, I proceeded back to my car to place my order over the intercom. The lady taking my order greeted me with "Go ahead with your order", no polite greeting. As I proceeded to order, two items I requested was told "we are out of that" and just a plain "no, don't have that".
On my order, I requested no sour cream, which was loaded with sour cream. At the window, I requested my receipt and the rude cashier flat out refused to give me my receipt, saying the printer is not working. Which I know is a lie because I watched my receipt print. When I pointed out that I watched my receipt print, she reiterated that it's not working.
I work nearby and typically eat out for lunch. I always dread going to this Taco Bell because time after time it is a horrible experience. Today was my last visit at this Taco Bell.
