I wish I would’ve taken pictures. The service was disturbing. Employees did not care about customers in the slightest bit. I gave the food to stars just because well at least it’s sustenance and I needed to eat something mind you I only bought a small fry and a drink. I wanted a Coke, but their Coke tasted absolutely disgusting, when I added ice. After taste testing at three times I said, screw it and left. But not before noticing all the straw, wrappers and napkins and food crumbs on the ground nearly every single table had left leftovers of some type of food on it. When I walked in, there was a couple sitting on a table and I’m shocked that they did that I felt disgusted actually being in there.
Overall, I’ll say I used to go to that Wendy’s all the time when I lived in the area . Unfortunately, it is extremely disheartening to say, and I normally never leave reviews like this ever but either ownership or management just shut it down.. An elderly woman was attempting to get a cup of chilli. It took about 4 to 5 minutes to even get a team member over to help her. And the young man stated that their systems were down and updating, and there was nothing they could do. They were switching to DoorDash only. And the woman said that she wasn’t leaving until she got her cup of chili as she had five dollars in her hand. Honestly, it’s disheartening to see young generations not care at all about the older ones. And it’s also disgusting to see how the younger generations have ran quality places like Wendy’s into the ground. Granted, I understand it’s a Wendy’s and not a Ruth’s Chris steakhouse. Regardless money is money you’ve invested money into this restaurant. Why don’t you...
Read moreFriday at 6pm, after running errands, mom and I found ourselves craving a burger and a shake so we decided to stop at this Wendy's which is right by our house. Mom is 86 and has Parkinson's and was too tired and not able to make the walk inside so she could dine inside as she likes to do. We decided to go through the drive-thru.
It was dusk and the drive-thru sign was not lit up, making it difficult to read the menu. We made our order, it arrived on time with the frosties served cold and the hot food served hot. We pulled over in the parking lot to eat.
They forgot to give me my requested ketchup so I decided to get out of the car, go inside and get some for my fries. This is where I drop off 2 stars...EW! That inside was disgusting! I had not been inside the Wendy's in awhile and it was NOTHING like it used to be. Gone were the booths, the condiment section had no ketchup containers and the ketchup bucket was empty. The table was sticky. The pop dispenser was filthy and sticky. It SMELLED inside. The floors were so filthy and sticky that my flip-flops pulled with each step I took. It looked barren with hard, cold tables and chairs and no decoration. Truly unappealing; thank Goodness mom didn't bother to make the walk inside. I went to the counter and the employee quickly gave me some ketchup.
Stars for the food as it was tasty and very good. Stars for the employees as they were professional and pleasant. ZERO stars for the repulsive, putrid smelling...
Read moreIf I could give zero stars, I would. This was one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had.
My husband asked for no pickles on his sandwich—they put pickles on his and left them off mine. He ordered a Dr Pepper and they gave him Sprite. I ordered a Diet Coke, took one sip, and spit it out—it was just carbonated water.
I ordered THREE kids meals and only received ONE. I asked for ranch with my fries—didn’t get any.
To make matters worse, my husband was told to pull up so they could bring out the correct drink (Dr Pepper)—but they never did. He waited while they served at least five cars behind him. I finally had to go in AGAIN just to get the drink myself, and not one person apologized.
Inside, I stood at the counter for TEN minutes waiting to be acknowledged after they already messed up the order. I overheard staff saying things like, “What’s the lady want at the front?” and “Just act like you can’t hear people on the headset.” That kind of attitude is absolutely unacceptable.
I also saw a gentleman return his incorrect order and request a refund, only to hear one employee tell another, “You should’ve just let him drive off.”
And to top it all off—no gloves. Employees were handling food with bare hands. That is a serious health violation.
If I were management, I would take this seriously. I’m sending this to corporate because the service, sanitation, and customer care at this location...
