Rubi's Pizza & Grill — Restaurant in Steubenville

I’ve heard great things so I thought I would stop and get a slice of pizza. I ordered pizza and some of their pasta salad. I was planning on eating in and they decided to put both items in it to go container. I’m gonna include pictures of the pizza It was stuck all the toppings were stuck to the top of the box that could’ve been solved if they would’ve put it on a plate for me

And why I was ordering they had a pizza there that I would’ve really liked, but it had a different cheese and I would’ve liked on it. I asked him if he could make me a pizza that had fresh mozzarella on it instead of the other cheese and he said that he doesn’t have fresh mozzarella and then I pointed to another piece so I was told this is fresh mozzarella cause yeah we have fresh mozzarella for that pizza but not for any other pizza Which I thought was odd that you wouldn’t have a topping available for a pizza to be made to take home, but extremely disappointed with not only the service the employees but also the food and I’ll probably give him another chance because we don’t have that many good pizza places in this area But for now extremely...

I really enjoy the pizza at Rubi's. I use to frequent them when they were Corrado's at the mall. Unfortunately I rarely go near University Blvd so I don't get there like I use to. I love the spaghetti stuffed pizza. We ordered the white pizza today and I'm not sure if the website description is wrong or if we received the wrong pizza. It came with spinach and tomatoes which it doesn't include on their website. I have no problem with that, unfortunately no one else in my household will eat it so they just ate the dough and wiped everything off. The boxes are sealed so I didn't know until I got home. I enjoyed it. Just wish for the price my family could have as well.

I would have called but after reading other reviews it didn't seem like it would be beneficial. Especially since the price was higher than the menu and the cashier seemed annoyed when I handed him a coupon (that only brought it down to the menu price) anyway. We just cut our losses...

Pizza is good but the service/owners are utterly intransigent and not family friendly. They won’t do half pizzas for their expensive pizza. Say you want meat supreme but your pickier kids want plain. They won’t give you one half meat even if you tell them “charge me for a full meat!” You’re forced to buy two separate full pizzas (at least $45 instead of $25). We’ve never had a pizzeria elsewhere refuse to divide into half pizzas for you. Then they can’t pour you a cup of water but make you pay for the bottle. They offer milkshakes but can’t sell you a cup of milk for your kids even when you’re ordering from the owner directly. My 1.5 y/o plays with the salt shaker because he’s 1.5 and they yell at you to stop. We’re done here. Taking our dollars elsewhere in Steubenville.
