Just had the most frustrating experience in this Arby’s drive thru. Pulled up to the speaker with my kids, waited a few minutes while nobody said anything, so I said “hello?” A voice came back and said “just a moment please!” Okay. So we waited 6 more minutes (yes, I watched the clock), and then said, “if anyone is there, we are still here”, to which a different voice said, “just a moment, please.” So we waited another 5 minutes, as people began to angrily leave the line that had formed behind us, until finally I said into the speaker, “okay, well, I guess we will go somewhere else,” and the mysterious voice came back and said, sarcastically this time, “okay, then have a nice day.”
Really? Were we interrupting break time? Clearly they knew they had a line at the drive thru. There were only a couple of cars in the lot, so they couldn’t have been all that busy inside. I almost want to go back and find out the story…almost, but not enough to ever visit this particular Arby’s...
Read moreThis is depressing December 6th ordered food got home order was wrong went back up and was refused to replace my order by the store manager or give me back a refund i left my entire order came back home called corporate office they told me they would issue my refund a week later received a phone call from Patrick Reynolds they area supervisor he informer me my refund would be in the safe after stopping by the store they had no idea instead of a refund i was mailed a coupon and a gift card after multiple phone calls with corporate office and a month and half later Patrick Reynolds contacted me again and told me he couldn't make to the store so he mailed me a gift card this was never agreed with not only service of the general manager and the area supervisor we are done with the absolute worse fast food experience of our lives McDonald's has never been this bad we will never order from them again save yourself a headache go...

I went through the drive thru today and noticed abnormally long wait times, I was patient because I understand that staffing can sometimes make things slower. I was still in and out within 10 minutes. I asked the person at the window, Josh, how many people they had back there, and he said two. A two man crew on a busy Saturday night; I would have walked out if I were him, but he was there serving my food with a smile.
