Now I understand sitting outside a restaurant is frowned upon. But being an ex assistant manager at taco bell I know for a fact all you have to to is be polite and ask someone to leave and they usually will. Me and my friend are homeless living out of our vehicle and have to use wifi around use to do things. We usually try not to stay at one place for to long to be respectful especially when sitting inside. This time we sat in our vehicle using the wifi at this location and was going to go in to charge things by 6pm because they close at 9pm and I didn't want to be a bother. No one said anything to us about being there we've came there multiple times to charge things and eat. Then tonight about 15 minutes ago we had a worker maybe the manager not sure. Come rudly up to our window and said we can either roll the window down or they would call the cops. At this time my vehicle was off we turn it on to warm up since it's so cold. We open the door up to her to talk and she's very rude again explaining we need to leave because we are scaring the workers. We agree and didn't cuz a fuss and yet she stood out there staring at us until we turned the car on. I will never be back there again. If this is how employees and/or managers behave to people who don't have control over the situation they are in then maybe customer service isn't for yall and you all should have a leason on...
Read moreI came in with two coupons and the ad from the paper that advertised buy one get one for $1. The fine print said it was available for in-restaurant orders. I went through the drive through and there was a young girl working who was super nice, but she had to ask her manager about the deal that didn’t have a direct coupon. The manager came over and took the ad, and her snarky reply was “nobody told me about this, so I’m not doing that,” and then she walked away, leaving the poor employee apologetic and embarrassed. I felt so bad for her… After years in retail management, I’d like to think I have a pretty good grasp of customer service and when to honor or not honor an advertised deal. While I believe it should have been honored, as I had the physical proof in hand, her refusal would have been better received had she shown the slightest amount of human decency. The going out there is rough right now, but don’t take it out on customers. Her demeanor was rude and entirely unprofessional. I haven’t eaten for Hardee’s for years because of their history of sexist advertising, but my partner begged and here we are… The food is fine, so well done to the cashier and food prep staff working under a...
Read moreI dont typically do this but If I could rate my experience with Zero Stars I would. I ordered the classic cheeseburger with Curly fries. Meal #1. The staff informed me there was no ketchup on the burger and that it had a special sauce. I agreed that was fine. When I took a bite of my burger the taste was repulsive. If I had to explain it I would say it was like old freezer burnt meat that was cooked hours prior to serving. My curly fries were so old they were as hard as potatoe chips. My son ordered the Chicken tender all Star Meal. Which may I add came with complementary hair in his chicken tenders. Our reciept stated he should of got a cookie with his meal. Upon realizing he didnt have one he went to the counter with the receipt and asked for his cookie. The staff member stated they werent doing cookies at this time. She also then said " Sorry Redneck". Was that at all necessary? My son was completely polite. He returned tonthe table red in the face and completely mortified by her comment.I didnt bother asking for new food or a different meal because the staff didnt seem as if they cared to be there and acted like we were a total inconvenience. We will jot be returning. We are...
