Telo's Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Stevensville

Service is really hit or miss. We typically get our food to go, and about 80% of the time it’s wrong, or we’ve paid for an item we did not receive, and we don’t find out until we’re home and unpacking our food. When we call back we’re not given any sort of resolution, “oh you can come back?” Or “you can come another time and get it.” Just super frustrating. I’ve been told 20-30 minutes for my order to be done only to arrive, wait 15+ minutes to be acknowledged, and waited another 15+ to actually get my food. Tonight I was told 15-20 minutes and my husband sat waiting for over 30 after arriving. When he arrived there was 2 bags sitting to be picked up, but they said it wasn’t our food. Finally somebody took the bags, checked the food, and turns out it was in fact our food. So it had been ready on time, but he sat for over 30 minutes because nobody knew what it was?? When he got to the car to double check it, they’d forgotten chips and salsa so he had to go back in again.

I have gone in to get chips and salsa to go, and it has taken over 10 minutes to be acknowledged and another 10 to actually get the chips and salsa. We have only eaten inside once, and the service was ok, but could have been better especially since we were the only ones in the restaurant for a large majority of it. If there were better options for Mexican food in Stevensville, we would go. Since there’s not, we’re simply forced to...

Just an awful experience all around. Phone wasn’t working so went in to place a to go order. I double checked that both meals we ordered came with rice and beans (birria tacos & carne asada burrito) which both did. I paid and they gave me a pager while I waited in my car. I noticed on the receipt they charge for take out. Which is insane. Next time I’ll just bring my family in and let my 2 year old daughter make a huge mess on their floor while she’s eating her rice since that’s what they obviously prefer since they charge for take out!!! After waiting 20 minutes with the pager never going off I walked back in and they said oh sorry we forgot your food has been ready. Like wow thanks now I have cold food too. And then come to find out we only got one order of rice and beans. It was $43 for just 2 meals. Well really 1.5 since the sides were forgotten with one meal. When you pay money for something it’s extremely frustrating to not get it. We won’t be back and we will tell people to avoid them so they don’t...

Food was amazing. Comes very quickly, however the speed of the servers and coordination of the Service is lacking. They bring you your fajita items, then you have to wait another 5 minutes for the tortillas and your plates for your fajitas. Bonnie was very kind and courteous. They just need to communicate with each other. The poor girl did not know where to bring the chips and salsa to the guests. Also, another tip for the server would be to ask if the guests that order a canned drink, would like a glass, so we don't have to wait any longer. Otherwise, the food was fabulous. It was a busy Friday night, but the guests shouldn't see that. Also, bringing fried ice cream without utensils then asking if we'd like spoons?
