Little Frank's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Stickney Township

I had ordered for delivery an 18 inch pizza with one topping at 10pm they took my credit card information and told me it was gonna take 45 min to an hour an hour passed by and I never received a call that my order was outside so I called them at 12am and they said that they had gotten backed up and that my delivery driver was already sent out and he should be here within 15 minutes mind you I live 9 minutes away from little franks . The delivery driver never showed ! I called after 15 minutes very upset and the guy who took my order said that my order wasn’t in the system when they took my name phone number and credit card information after they just told me that the delivery driver was on the way and they had charged my card already . He then proceeded to tell me that now I have to speak with the boss and he didn’t do nothing for me mind you it’s been over two hours and haven’t recieved my pizza it’s now 12:33 am . I told him that I wanted a refund . I highly suggest you do not order from here after the incident I have noticed that there are plenty other reviews complaining about the same thing happening to them . I would give this place Zero stars if I could. They gave me an uncut pizza with the toppings sliding all over the place. Then the owner had the audacity to say I did it after I sent him a picture. They’ve lost my business forever & to everyone, you’ve been warned before u try this place. Oh & the pizza is extremely salty. It made my blood pressure rise. (In response to your blatant lie that I did that to the pizza shows how narrow minded & terrible your customer service really is. I called you right after I seen the pizza & sent you a pic right away which was less than 10 minutes of leaving your hole in the wall restaurant. The 1st thing that came out your pathetic mouth was that I did it. Instead of working together to resolve a customer complaint u blame the customer. Look the food here has been great. I've been coming here for years. Yesterday I put in an order two pizzas, some garlic bread for pick-up. They said it would be ready in 40 minutes. I get there to pick-up my order and nothing is ready. Excuse, the system crashed and they couldn't call me back. They said they didn't have my order or phone number. You know what doesn't crash. Pen and paper. How do you not write your orders down? This is inexcusable. They said they could do my order in 15 minutes. Two pizzas and two side orders in 15 minutes. I find that hard to believe.
