Chick fil a Stillwater, ok.
Dear Chick Fil a, I regret to inform you, i will no longer attend your restaurant in Stillwater, OK. Every chick-fil-a ive been, to your staff works very spiritually. Unfortunately my family and i had a very bad experience Monday, July 15, 2019. 8:15pm. we arrived after Monday night church to have our weekly dine out with our large family. You see, my wife and I foster children. With 3 bio children as well, we tend to have our hands full. Our children dream all week long to eat at your restaurant, and play in your playground. We arrived, ordered our food, had the kids settled, prayed and ate. All kids waiting patiently while everyone finished their meal, an employee quietly blocks the play area. We ask, are you closing the play area? You close at 10pm correct? Looking at the time it was 8:45pm when the kids finished eating. The employee went to ask the manager. Manger comes out speaking to the employee, yes we need to put a paper sign up. The manager then puts the sign up, and no acknowledgement or explanation to us as we sat right in front of the door of the play area. We explained to the kids were sorry guys its closed for the night. Our bio with Autism did not take it so well. We cleaned up our mess and started to walk back out to our van. As we are headed out, i carried two toddlers while i coordinated with the 5 year olds to follow my lead. My wife, that is recovering from hip surgery using crutches, had to carry our 3 year old autistic son having a melt down because the play area was close. Typically we are use to this behavior. However, trying to maneuver to the exit this was a bit of a disrupting scene. I look around, every person in the restaurant starred. Typically we are use to this even. struggling for my wife and I to hold the doors open as we push our family out the door, customers and employees continued to stare. I found this disturbing and painful to go through. Not one employee went out of their way like a chick fil a employee is known for. I was very disappointed overall with dine in experience. I shared this experience to gain awareness of what our family, or any foster family goes through. Obviously enough, its a challenge with 7 kids to dine out, but unfortunately i will no longer take my family to Chick fil a Stillwater for our...
Read moreEdit: the owner/management reached out to me and I did indeed call the store. The employee was quite rude and said she'd give my number to someone. I don't think she actually did. I wish I could remember her name but I didnt quite catch it unfortunately.
Ok so I've been here a lot lately and feel like I can review it pretty accurately.
They have amazing customer service. Everyone here has always delivered on that and I've never come across a rude person which blows my mind. I don't know how you all do it!
The franchise owner is usually here. How many places have you been to where the franchise owner actually hangs out there all day? Probably close to none.
It's clean. Like very clean.
The food is pretty good.
They hardly ever seem to get my order wrong. Like ever.
The only reason it's not 5 stars is because this week they have messed up my order 2x. They charged me for a large fry but gave me a medium and I didn't even notice til I was already at work. An another time they left out the sauce. But it's on me because I didn't check my bag before hand to make sure it was accurate and all there! We all make mistakes and I didn't want to fuss...
Read moreUm well first of all I walked in and I was pretty darn upset because I was really hungry and was looking forward to some 10/10 service and nice people to serve me when I walked up to the counter and ordered in a fairly quiet tone (because I just had ear surgery and it hurt my ears very badly to talk loudly and I also was feeling a bit depressed because I felt horrible because I was so darn hungry) a girl about 5 foot tall, Asian, and very rude says rolling her eyes “Um, what did you say?” in a very rude tone and I was very upset about this because I was already pretty sad without a girl having to ruin my day even more by being extremely rude to me and talking back to me. I just in all felt like this was the MOST horrible experience of my life. Up until this very day 7/19/18 I’ve had the MOST excellent experiences at Chick-fil-A and it just breaks my heart that this happened. Chick-fil-A is my favorite place of all time but this girl made my experience HORRIBLE. It was so bad that I even started crying. I do cry quite a bit but this feeling was just the all time worst feeling ever. So I rate this a 1 star or even 0 star...
