It seems like everybody just does what they want in the parking areas close to the outlet stores. Including driving from one corner to another corner. Not using the driving lanes, just driving through parked cars wherever they see fit.
Nobody looks when driving, and everybody just wants "the closest spot" available. And they will run you over to get to it first.
I suggest getting in and out. And the quickest way possible, for now, (until they have to do more construction...) is entering off of Perkins Road and staying near the restaurants. Beware of the Little Ceasars parking lot as well. It should be treated as a one-way in/out and should be marked accordingly but isn't.
