This place used to be good but now they are focusing on selling books and the seating is awful. They have removed seating and made it difficult for people to sit together and chat unless you want to be propped up at a bar or sitting next to the door where the below freezing wind blows. Then the internet is the weakest I have ever found anywhere. They must keep the router in a box in the basement. It's awful. This is a cute local coffee shop that has a small town charm to it. The store has books all over it which I absolutely love. There is both indoor and outdoor seating. It's not trying to be a hipster place yet because of that it is hip and cool. It seems like the place to go for a casual outing. There was heavy foot traffic and that was on a Tuesday. While both are great and brew excellent coffee, being a coffee snob I give the trophy to Stockbridge Coffee & Tea over No. Six Depot Roastery & Cafe for brewing a smoother, less bitter cortado. Not to mention the fact that when asked to make it very hot, they deliver unlike No. Six Depot who after 3 separate tries over different days couldn’t get it hot. Extra point to SCT for charging $3.75 over $4.25 for the same cortado at No. Six Depot....
