I feel like Raj, the new owner made changes to the market too quickly starting with Nick , the manager no longer working there after so many years. Then small changes- no more rotisserie chickens, no magazines or no fresh meat for sale any longer, no more newspapers to share on the lunch counter and other small changes like earlier closing times-6 not 7, all add up to the market no longer being as welcoming . I was so excited to hear there would be Indian food served but the spinach paneer I ordered was so disappointing; warmed up, expensive for the small serving and just not well prepared..I came home and had to make another lunch for myself.    Read moreWe went to Tiffanyâs our first night in Stockbridge, footsore and exhausted, expecting a little hole in the wall where we could get acceptable food that wasnât horrifyingly expensive.    Read moreI was very excited to hear that there was Indian food in Stockbridge. Specially because it's only 2min walk from work! The price seemed high $12.95+tax for a side of chicken tikka masala with 2 mini naans but i wanted to give it a try. I was quickly disappointed with EVERYTHING the quantity was a container about 6oz and the 2 '"naans" were about 4inches each. The chicken tikka had oil just sitting over the top, the 'naan' was burned and it was actually pita bread. When I took a bite of the chicken it was rubbery and half of it was like the skin of the chicken. I would not recommend this place for India food at all. If you're looking for GOOD Indian Food I'd suggest any other...
