Our poor waitress she was doing EVERYTHING IN HER OWN.. SHE WAS RINGING PEOPLE UP SEATING PEOPLE... TAKING ORDERS BRINGINF ORDERS... SHE DIDNT GET OVERWHELMED SHE JUST KEPT TRYING AND APOLOGIZING TO ALL TABLES... WHILE SHERRY WHOM I WATCHED DIDNT EVEN HAVE THE DECENCY TO DO TEAMWORK... I WATCHED HER PRETEND TO MAKE DRINKS THE WHOLE TIME OUR WAITRESS WAS RUNNING AROUND... TABLES WERE CALLING SHERRY SHE IGNORED THEM THERE WAS A TABLE WHOSE FOOD WAS READY .. AND SHERRY HAS THE NERVE TO JUST LEAVE IT UP THERE AND TELL THE COOK THERES A LOT OF ORDERS AND STOOD THERE LOOKING AT HER BOOK AND STILL LEFT THE FOOD SITTING THERE... OUR WAITRESS WAS STUCK AT THE REGISTER AND SHE ASKED SHERRY FOR HELP AND SHE IGNORES HER !!!!! I FINALLY SEE THE HOSTESS COME BACK FROM HER LUNCH SHE IS HEPING THE YOUNG GIRL AND THAT'S WHEN I ASK HER FOR SHERRYS NAME WHO NO SURPRISE WAS AGAIN HIDING PRETENDING TO BE BUSY.... SHE LEFT THAT GIRL TO DO EVERYTHING EVERYONE IN THERE SAW AND YES BEFORE I LEFT I COMPLAINED AND I WAS IGNORED... SHERRY WAS THE BIGGEST PROBLEM THERE !!!!!! WHEN ASKED TO HELP WE SAW AND HEARD HER REFUSE TO HELP... PLEASE I BEG YOU TO...

Worst experience ever. Placed an Order @10am and requested miss MONETTE to say it after me, she confirmed whatever I have ordered. At 10.30am went to pick up my order and asked again to make sure order is right she said yes for sure. when I got home and found out my order was wrong. I called her while driving back with the wrong stuff they handed me and she said o ok I am ordering again . when I got there she didnt come to even get the wrong order from me .I put on the reception and waited without any word about my order .11.20am different person came on the reception and gave me the Un completed order without side without any other stuff which I ordered and that guy said you can take the sides from the wrong order . I am very disappointed and not recommending this place .monette needs more training how to take orders and how to deal with wrong orders with customer service instead of leaving the reception and not even came back...

We were seated quick but the wait to order was long. The waiter did not acknowledge us at all, and just went around taking orders and serving. Not even asked what we wanted to drink. Horrible service everytime we come here. Yet they expect a tip. This was a year ago. I went in March and the girl in the front made us wait to be seated because she was busy on the computer and then she said just go sit down I'll follow u guys so we go and she didn't follow. No one gave us the menu until I asked a friendly lady which turned out to be the manager. She was up and down serving cleaning tables while two other employees did idk what. She gave us great service. Update to April 2019: this time it was a much better experience so I'm leaving 5 stars. The waiter was actually nice and friendly, the manager who is nice as well, was friendly too. I saw the waiter from the previous time still looking mean and...
