Not happy today with the service. Unacceptable that their clerk made a few mistakes and forgot to charge items repeatedly , so my wife had to get up 3 or 4 times to get rung up. I ordered 2 scoops ice cream and their staff only had one scoop and of course forgot to charge for the second scoop. The female owner asked my wife was it 1or 2 scoops?. The wife said, " we ordered 2 scoops". We both heard the female owner give the 2nd scoop to us no charge. Then as we were walking out, she hollered at us for $3 more. All around unacceptable customer service today ...We are regulars for years. But if this happens again, we may have to reconsider. After all giving the scoop of ice cream for free was the least the owner could do and the fair thing to do for the inconvenience they put us thru multiple times in one visit.... But then they went back on the freebie. We usually have a good experience and spend quite a bit of money there too often. But like most businesses, they don't appreciate the good customers. It shouldn't be always about the money. Make it about retaining repeat customers , good customer service and treating customers fairly. And retrain the staff if they can't do their jobs correctly. We originally called in the order of 2 dozen choco covered cherries and 2 scoops ice cream with Choco syrup", then decided to order some food once we arrived. Their staff made the mistake but we had to be bothered with it repeatedly....

Gleasons Premier Ice Cream CO 501 N Sierra Nevada St, Stockton, CA 95205 A very friendly place to enjoy ice cream and burgers! They have a large variety to offer from Ice cream (available so many different ways) to a large food menu that can cover almost anyone’s appetite. They have just recently gone through a beautiful remodel from the inside out and the place looks great. The service is very friendly and is a reason in itself to return, but the main reason to return is all the good stuff to eat and have a big smile of satisfaction while feeding your face! I would recommend this place to anyone who requires friendly service and good eats, the location is not the best but once you enjoy this place once the location doesn’t...

This is really a fun place! Fine dining it is not. But the California/Mex fast food is good. The ice cream and ice cream creations are fabulous.

You can't expect your order as quickly as in the big chains where there is a crew behind the counter. Here there is one fast moving, hard working, and very pleasant person doing it all. Taking the orders, preparing the orders, settling the bills, and everything else.

The facility, although clean and well-kept, does show its age. They have been doing this here for a long time.

Street parking is easy. Enjoy this blast from the past on its own terms. If you let your eyes go a little out of focus, you might see the ghosts of the '57 Chevy Bell Airs and VW micro buses parked...
