I go to Nations about once a Month and I will say the food there is great or I wouldn't go back. My last visit was very disappointing, the girl behind the counter really needs to work on her customer service skills. It started when I was paying around $39 for my food and I told her I wanted both burgers to have no dressing and she only did 1 burger with no dressing, she didn't offer to change the bun until I requested it. I asked for a separate bag to separate the food and she put all of it into a plastic bag. I was trying not to get mad but she honestly didn't seem to care, I took my strawberry shake off the counter and The side of the cup had strawberry flavor all down the side and she didn't even acknowledge it when I showed her. The other lady that was there knows I go in there and was helpful and wiped it off the cup. My receipt says the girls name was Princess can believe it? That was no princess. I don't know if I will go back I'm so...
Read moreThis location is very updated and nice. The service was friendly, and food came at a decent time. This place wasnt as packed as other locations I've been to, but it more than made up for it in cleanliness
Nations makes a great buger that will have you full all day. If you are a lighter, eater fries will be too much food unless you are sharing. I ordered the onion rings today, perfectly crisp and golden brown like i prefer. Couldn't finish the burger or rings but enjoyed trying. It's been a while since I have eaten at Nations. Coming from a job site, I saw this off the freeway, stopped to eat and shoot a few work emails. Good decision. I will keep this location in mind for other trips in that area.
Didn't order this time, but their breakfast have bigger portions, as well. I saw a sign about new breakfast burrito. I have never tried but I bet this burrito is as big as one from the cantina.
The best thing about Nations are their...
Read moreWe were on a road trip and stopped for food and to use the bathroom. The three employees upfront looked at me like I had 5 eyeballs when I asked if they had anything gluten-free. I have a genuine medical need, and with their response, I didn't go any further. Most places have something, and I would have taken hot dogs without a bun at that point. (Costco has zero issue with the no bun thing, but again, because they had no clue it wasn't worth the risk.)
My father-in-law got some pie because he used to get their pie when he was younger. I couldn't taste it, and can't comment on the food. We ended up going to the nearby Five Star Burger, where they were happy to accommodate me.
Bonus points for clean restrooms. I will give them that. The restaurant and bathroom were clean and well-stocked, and one employee was cleaning the dining area when I left...
