I wish it was possible to give this place no stars. Yesterday football Sunday..I checked online and learned round table was offering buy any large speciality get a medium free so I called locally and was told they weren’t honoring that at this location. Not a problem. So I asked what promotions or specialities they had and the owner just hung up. I called back and stated I was just speaking with someone & I was hung up on. The same person said oh I’m sorry I’m just really busy and don’t have time to talk on the phone. I said so you just hang up? Then I hung up saying I would never order from there again. Fast forward to today of course I’m still craving round table so I decide to give them another chance…I make my order online this time so I won’t have to deal with the lack of customer service. Shortly after my order is placed I receive a call from the same guy..the owner. He begins yelling how I made a note to bring ranch and that’s not included with my large pizza I can’t just make a note if I want ranch I have to pay for it so if I wanna give him my card he will bring it. I politely responded…I paid for two ranches. Isn’t that on my receipt? He placed me on gold for a while then came back and said he is sorry he sees it and will bring double ranch. Mentally noted: great! because I $3.38 for it! So then I was waiting for my pizza and it never comes. I call to check on my order and am greeted by a younger male who at first seemed to possess customer service, but I was wrong. I expressed I just wanted to see how much longer and his response in so many words seemed like he couldn’t tell me when or if it was coming. After waiting 2+ hours I asked to just be refunded he said he couldn’t do that and he could see what he could do but I just have to wait. I said are you able to refund me or do I have to call my bank? He said “I don’t know what your bank can do but I’ll see what I can do” he placed me on hold then got the manager who again was just yelling. Over him I said I’ll just call my bank. Moral of the story, when you experience horrible customer service don’t try them again. This is a franchise location & they’re making the round table name...
Read moreI placed an order for the round table here in Stockton on Holman drive via the app. I used my rewards that I earned over time for a free medium one topping pizza. Once I place the order about 5 minutes after, I received a call from the location I ordered the pizza from. They told me that since I did not spend any money at that location previously, they are canceling my order because I am using my reward points. I told the person over the phone that that does not make any sense especially since round table is a corporation and I understand that there are franchises but if I ordered on my McDonald's app in a city that I am new to they will honor my rewards because I have spent money with the company. The representatives still said that they cannot process my order because I did not spend any money there. The representative said that these are words from his manager and that there is nothing that they can do. They told me that I should be receiving my reward points back in my profile. This is very frustrating to me since it is during my lunch time which is limited. I called another location here in Stockton and spoke with the manager and asked her if this was a true scenario that happens. She stated that they are not to discriminate against people who haven't spent money at that specific location and that they are to make the order whether it is with money or reward points. I will be taking this matter of to corporate due to discrimination. I do not recommend giving this location any of your money or business.

I ordered a Pizza and Parmesan Twists for delivery on the Round Table App and was called by the store two minutes later and told that I did not spend enough to qualify for delivery, despite my Credit Card being charged and paying a $5.99 delivery fee and even adding a $5 tip for the driver.
They told me because I used my Reward Points to take off $8.99 for the Parmesan Twists, I would have to add something more to my order if I wanted them to come and deliver my order. I live LESS than a mile from the location and did not need anymore food so I declined. They told me I would have to pick up the order from the restaurant and refused to “spend money on gas, since it’s so expensive these days”.
I cannot believe that they would treat customers this way, and I now know why the place is ALWAYS empty. They’ve lost my business and I will tell everyone I can to avoid this location at all costs. To top off the night the pizza was well below the Round Table taste and quality I grew up on. What a terrible experience and horrible...
