When I walked up to make my order the woman at the register picked up the phone and took someone else's order and had me waiting there for 4 minutes just standing there. Then she asks her coworker to take my order. So her coworker takes my order and I pay with my credit card. She tells me a number and I sit down and wait... 30 minutes later.. (waiting for a regular burrito.. shouldn't take that long)... I got up to check on my order and the main woman at the register has no idea about my order and the coworker (who took my order) apparently had no clue where my order was either... then they mentioned to me that my order was never entered into the system for the people to make my burrito. I was so angry because I understand that machines don't work sometimes, but I would think it would be common sense to ensure that a simple order would be successfully entered into the system. The other issue I had was that the main woman had a smirk on her face while I was trying to resolve this issue that was on their behalf. When I requested a refund so that I can just leave... they told me that it was not possible.

How the hell is it "not possible" for an establishment to not be able to give me a refund???! This was a ridiculous experience. The staff was unprofessional and the service was terrible!

How have I slept on Tacos Chapala for this long?! After Googling “Best Nachos in Stockton” and scrolling through the photos— I liked the look of the nachos at Tacos Chapala best. Since it was Sunday Football, I placed an order To Go over the phone. They do require you to pay in advance with a card for orders over $40, but I find that completely reasonable. We ordered Al Pastor Nachos, Carne Asada Nachos, Carne Asada Fries, 6 Al Pastor Tacos with Pineapple, and a small Ceviche cup. The cost was around $60, which is more than fair. When we went to pick them up, I was surprised at the size of the restaurant. It is big and there are plenty of tables to dine in! There is also a small seating area outside, which is cool. My favorite part of the restaurant has to be the huge fresh salsa bar. They have at least half a dozen different types of salsas— all of which I tried and loved. The white creamy salsa though?
