The new barbecue beef sandwich on a white roll my favorite sandwich! I ordered a large tonight with one extra scoop of the barbecue beef which is an additional two dollars. Tender barbecue beef with a good barbecue sauce on a chewy white roll! I could’ve probably eaten two of those. Yes they are expensive. $17 for a sandwich! I will probably be back to order it again. Update Friday, July 14, 2023 PM I attempted to place a DoorDash delivery order tonight. This was approximately 7:15 PM. Note that the store supposedly closes at 8 PM. When I tried to place the order it said this item is not available. So I called the store. I was told that half of the equipment is shut down and all they have is cold sandwiches! I was looking for a hot triple dip. 50 minutes before closing time! If you’re going to shut down at 7 PM, then close at 7 PM. If you’re going to be open at 8 PM at least have your full menu available close to that time. Or…go out of business. I’m tired of your business “ethics”! I’m just wondering if the owner of this franchise realizes what’s going on.

Sandwich was decent. Although it is expensive! Supposed to come with a cup of au jus for dipping since it’s called a French dip sandwich! Mind you, this is a 9 inch sandwich. They give you about four or 5 tablespoons of juice! And no way to order an extra side of juice online when you have delivery! Bad bad bad. DoorDash would be a good delivery services they wouldn’t make a dozen stops between the store and my house! Yes, I am exaggerating but that’s the way it seems. But that time my order arrives, everything is soggy and barely warm. The whole system sucks. A lot a little glitches that need improvement!

Not happy with your store. 😠 I don’t think I’ll ever purchased from you again. I arrived at 7:25 and you “ supposedly” close at eight and they were preparing to close! No more pastrami, the toaster oven was off, no au jus for the beef! Why the hell don’t you guys close at seven instead of eight if you’re so anxious to get out of there?? There is this girl that works there. I don’t know if she’s new and training, but every time I order the mediterranean wrap she never gets it right and the menu is right behind her and says the exact ingredients that’s on the sandwich. If I say, I don’t want something and I want something else added she does the opposite. She gives me what I don’t want on my sand which . And I literally have to explain to her exactly what I want, ingredient by ingredient even then she still gets it wrong and it sucks because the countertop is high and I can’t see what she’s putting on my sandwich. I wish it was a little bit like SUBWAY® where you can see what they’re putting in your sandwich. And the prices are ridiculous. I paid almost $20 just for two sandwiches and at in and out I can get two burgers two fries and a drink for that same price. And the sandwiches are small not even a foot-long. I have been coming here for years. This place is an institution here in Stockton. It's one of my go to spots for sandwiches and when I want a really good sandwich I usually come here. Unfortunately the area it is in and the location really sucks and I don't like to be harassed by the homeless and drunks that frequent the area. There are two liquor stores right next to it and it seems to attract knuckleheads. I've brought my concerns up to the management and they seem helpless about it. I've had to call Stockton Police twice since I have been there last. Management basically told me that if they call the police they won't respond because they have called them too many times. I understand management has tried to deal with the problem but I think more needs to be done. I haven't been here in months and this is the only reason. Hopefully a solution to the problem...
