Today I attempted to go to T4. I read the door to see if they still require mask prior to entering. It says you can be inside without a mask with proof of vaccination.
So as I am standing at the counter getting out my vaccination card. Not one but two employees yell at me, yes yell at me that I need to have my mask on while inside. They are both to busy to wait on me, and to kindly walk to the counter to inquire about my mask. Apparently they are not fully aware of the policy on the door because they didn't even inquire if I had been vaccinated. They just yelled at me that I needed a mask.
When I pointed out that the door stated that with proof of vaccination I could be inside without one. They simply respond oh, where is yours.
I let them know that I was getting it out. Showed it to them and let them know I would solve the entire problem by leaving. On what planet is it okay to yell at your customers? Especially when you have other clients inside? I was in full compliance with your policy and yet not one but two of your staff...
