The morning staff is great they keep the people going to work moving. BUT THE AFTERNOON STAFF NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. They don't care they don't pay attention I have waited 9 minutes from speaker to window and the order is wrong .they nearly throw the coffee out the window while they are talking to each other you better be ready to catch it I recomend no one go to this location in the afternoon I will post this on all social media sites if you do experience the same service let everyone know PLEASE We PAY TO MUCH FOR COFFEE TO BE TREATED LIKE THIS a pound of coffee over the counter cost us 8 bucks how many cups does it make ??? I went to the drive through and ordered my ice coffee. The woman took my order and didn’t repeat anything back to me and instead there was just an uncomfortable silence. Then after about 10-15 seconds she said in a condescending tone, ‘you can drive up to the window now’. Normally the person taking the order would prompt you by telling you to drive to the window. The way she said it was as if I was too stupid to realize, but I was just patiently waiting for her to just say anything once I told her what I wanted. Instead it was only silence. How was I to know if she even heard me or not? And then when I got to the window it may have been the same women or a different woman, but when she handed me my coffee and my change I said ‘thanks, have a good one’ and she didn’t say anything at all. The worst Dunkin id1878 donuts I've been to I went inside my Jew there was only 2 people in the drive-through and there was about 8 of them inside and I still waited a good 20 minutes before the girl came to the front and when she came to the front she had an attitude and said are you all set ?? I said "no I'm not all set I've been waiting here did you ever take my order" ?
