I ordered the steak tip Greek salad. When it arrived, they forgot to put the Greek dressing and silverwear in the bag. I was going to deal with it and just eat it anyways. When I opened the salad up, the first thing I see was a large curly hair inside my salad! I immediately called to let them know and they offered me a new one, which was exactly what I wanted. Figured it would be quick, 20-35 minutes. I was wrong, a full 50 minutes passes and I call back to see where it was. The lady gave me attitude and said it's on it's way with the driver give it a minute. I was finally happy to see there was somewhere on the South shore that has New York style pizza. Well that lasted until it was actually delivered and I took a look at it. As soon as I opened the box what I saw was an overcooked Pizza with an outer crust the exact same thickness as the bottom crust. Not the bubbly airy look of a New York style Italian pizza at all. Plus because it was overcooked as I mentioned earlier the outer crust was mostly inedible. The taste of the pizza was pretty good, to the point that it would have been a pizza if there was actual sauce to be found on it. Needless to say my search for a true Italian pizza that isn't a Mama Celeste looking bar...

Placed an order for 4 salads with grilled Chicken and the amount of chicken combined didn’t equal the size of 1 chicken breast So for 54 dollars you get a ton of lettuce and croutons and less than one chicken breast. Spoke the the person on the phone and he confirmed that the salads are a ripoff and he was very pompous about it as well. I use to love this place but now they are horrible. I’m very disappointed and will never give them my business again unfortunately. They don’t deserve the 1 star...
